Earthwork excavating and depositing on bank with in initial lead & lift for all loose soil, sub soil, black cotton soil, murram gravelly soil, hard re earth, shales, except hadr rock requiring blasting, etc., Complete as per SS 20 B. for foundation.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 ( One Cement Four sand and Eigte aggregate ) using 40 mm ISS HBG metal, including cost and conveyance of materials to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, finishing, compacting, curing etc.complete.

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.

Supplying and fabrication of steel and placing in position of TMT steel rods for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification in TNDSS NO:97 V,VI (S6) VII (S6), VII-3.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Collection supply of Well Gravel from approved quarry and filling the same in layer by layer, each layer not execeeding 15cm thick, including cost and conveyance of sand to site and labour charges for for filling, watering, tamping etc. complete

Brickwork in cement mortar 1:5 ( one cement and five sand ), mix using well burned new country bricks, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, finishing, symaltaneously pointing with same morter, watering etc.complete.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet of size 580 X 440mm, white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS:2556 - Part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 ( one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes/ PVC pipes by dismandling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/floor slab and making good the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing the wall glazed tiles of size 305mm x 200mm x 6mm size of approved make and quality and colour 1set in cement mortor 1:2 (one cement and two sand) over 10mm base layer plastering and pointing with white cement neatly as directed.

Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm size of approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:3 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc. Complete.

Wiring with 2x1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC .unsheathed cu.conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box and 5 Amps F.T switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point/ Fan point (For Electronic Regulator)5 point per coil) SD 25

Wiring with 2x1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed Copper conductor cable of 1100 V grade on suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe on wall and ceiling with MS accessories with MS switch box 150mmx100mmx113mm for 5A 3 pin non interlocking flush type CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open plug point SD 36

Supply and fixing of M.S Grills with Doors and Windows with one coat of Red oxide with Primer including all costs such as welding,grinding and fabrication charges, cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc,complete as per standard specification.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt shell lime white in colour in all floors including cost of lime and other materials brushes scaffolding charges etc.complete complying with standard specification and as directed. -100sq.m S.I.333

Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications for 10 sqm

Writing Name board work by using enamal paint and cost and matrials conveying charge etc. complete complying with standard specification .

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality – 10m2.

Supply and delivery of directon line starter confirming to IS13947 and IEC60947-1suitable KW rating for operation in AC/Three Phase/50HZ(±5%)and415V(±10%) including Ammeter,Voltmeter,Thermal Over load relay,16Amps 2pole Magnetic Contactor with under Voltage protection,Indication lamp,starting capacitor,running capacitor and On/Off Push button switches,5way connector,wiring with 1sq.mm/1.5sq.mm copper PVC insulated cable,powder coated verminproof box including the capacitor (the cost of capacitor is to be taken separately).
