Dismantling of all defective parts of gaseous chlorination system part by part from ETP site of Bolpur Water Supply Project for repairingby engaging skilled personnel as per direction of EIC

Cleaning washing the CS manifold thoroughly with proper care by using suitable reagent and painting the same as per proper color code used for gasious chlorination system. Refitting the same, drawing the PVC along with above supplied & departmentally supplied materials and existing materials after servicing the same other materials like Lead washer, PVC pipe teflon tep etc. to complete the work as per direction and upto the satisfection of EIC.

Supply and fitting of chlorine leak detector and alarm (1610B) consist of 2nos. sensor at chlorine & pump room of ETP one no. controller after dismantling of existing damage materials along with supply of necessary materials, all connection etc. and testing upto full satisfection of EIC.

Dismantling of Existing water line part by part thoroughly cleaning the deposited scaling from inside the pipe line, fitting fixing the same along with above supplied rotameter, ejector, other materials, making flexible joint at the place of ejector inlet and outlet injection pipe with fixed metal pipe with supply of other necessary materials to complete the work as per direction of EIC.

Painting the water line with two coats of emulsion paint over two coats of red oxide after scrapping the old paint and removing the rust from the surface to receive fresh paint as per direction of EIC. The colour code should be as per gaseous chlorination system.

Supply and delivery of booster pump motor set at water line with supply of necesary all required materials as per following specification:- Pump: Discharge - 5m³/hr., head - 43m, Motor: Rated speed : 2900 RPM Rated power: 0.55 KW Degree of protection : IP-54 Rated voltage : 3 PH, 400+/-10%, %0 Hz. Pump will be directly connected to motor shaft. Make: WILO/Gunforce/any other approved make.

Installation the booster pump as mentioned in sl. no. 2 and making new base along with replacing few G.I. pipes and specials as required by engaging skilled mechanic, plumber as per procedure.

Dismantling of existing starter for from inside the chlorination room fitting fixing the same nearer to the entrance of room, supply drawing and connection of cable as per direction of EIC.

Rectification electrical panel by replacing the MPCB model 3VU 1340 1NM00. Make: - Siemens (Cost arrived with fitting fixing charge)

Supplying, fitting and fixing boiling water proof ply conforming to IS: 710-1977 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin conforming to IS: 848-1974 of approved make and brand fitted and fixed as per design as per approval and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.[excluding the cost of supporting frame work and teak wood batten/Lipping] In Ground Floor(vi) 19mm

Anticorrosive lining and coating of M.S., RCC tanks, Flooring, Trays using Corrosion resistant resins such as Isopthalic, Biphenyl, Vinylester, Epoxy and thermoplastic lining like PVC, PP, PVDF, etc. This lining and coating prevents the products from rust or corrosion and provides them enhanced strength and durability. Fluor polymer Coated / Lined equipment, Pipes, fittings & valves for Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industry for handling Highly corrosive, Abrasive, Ultra pure Chemicals and Food products Sheet Lining of PVDF, ECTFE, FEP,MFA,PFA & PTFE. Sheet lining thickness from 1.5 mm to 3 mm FEP / MFA / PFA / PTFE provides chemical resistance to virtually all commercially available chemical compound used in chemical process industry.

Supply and delivery of best quality sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) flakes (caustic soda) (Industrial grade) forpreparation of chlorine absorption solution.

Preparation of a uniform caustic solution into the neutralization pit with the supplied NaOH with required quantity of water as per relevant IS for chlorine absorption system with the help of skilled personnel having thorough konwledge of handling similar nature of chemicals and making arrangemnet of all the safety prequation if necessary for this work as per direction of EIC. N.B.: Supply of materials completely as per actual requirement at site.
