Improvement of Kumuda Pahad Shiva Mandir Road under Titilagarh Municipality for the year 2025-26

Earth work in hard soils with all leads and lifts including rough dressing and breaking cloods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m (1 ft) in depth including all labour with T & P & cost royality and as per diretion of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & filling sand in foundation trenches, well watered in fully saturated including cost, carriage, royalty of all materials, labour T&P etc. Complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement Cencrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floor using 40mm. size crusher broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry and including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc. complete to the required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15cm. thick including cost and conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work complete.

R.C.C. M-20 mix using 20mm and down grade size C.B. hard granite chips mechanically mixed placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including centering, shuttering and curing for 14 days as per section 1000 & 2300 of MORT&H specification for Road and Bridge works (4th revision).

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed stone aggregates of Grading-II materials and 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen as per Clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge work (Latest Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with with rapid setting bitumen emulsion @ 0.20 Kg./Sqm. using mechanical means as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of Grading-II materials premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th revision).
