12 mm Cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm. in girth and finished even and smooth. ( 1 Cement :6 coarse sand ) (DSR-13.4.2)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (DSR 13.80)

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two coats on old work (Royal,Silk) Asian/Berger (DSR 13.82.2)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface (apex Ultima, weather coat All guard) asian , berger (DSR 13.47.1)

Providing and laying vitrified tiles in floor in diferent sizes (thickness to to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints fwith white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only, Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. 11.41A.1.1 Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etcf. Complete as per the arachiteutural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) with float glass panes of 8 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50kg/sqm) (DSR No. 21.3.2)

Structral steel work riveted bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (DSR 10.2)

Providing and fixing white vitreous china flat back half stall urinal of size 580x380x350 mm (Paryware/CERA/Johnson Topaz Make) with white PVC automatic flushing cistern, with fittings, standard size C.P. brass flush pipe, spreaders with unions and clamps (all in C.P. brass) with waste fitting as per IS : 2556, C.I. trap with outlet grating and other couplings in C.P. brass, including painting of fittings and cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: Single half stall urinal with 5 litre PVC. automatic flushing cistern. (DSR No. 17.5.1)

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests (SOR 17.1.1 )

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS"277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm widex1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 27 mm at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm ida x50 mm long with 6 mm ida bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other and of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.90 mm running at the specing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.50 mm thick bottom dedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 25 mm each having lips of 10.50 mm at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm idax230 mm long G.I. wite at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25 mm lonng dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall scres of sixe mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush fininsh of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compund, jointing tapes, finishingh with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete ad per drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but exluding the cost of painting with : 12.45.1 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS : 2095- (Part I) : 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks)
