Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC coloums, beams, slabs, chajjas (soffit only), and the like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including dusting of steel reinforcement, providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75mm x 75mm of 2mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces, applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 30mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of ghaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufacturers instruction or 3% by wt of cement all as directed with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine and surfaces finished even and fair, including 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4, necessary padding, steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platform/form work etc complete all as directed (Guniting work is to be carried out upto 06 mtr height from ground level). Notes :- (i) Polycrete admixture shall be procured from chemical adhesive Pvt Ltd Co. or their authorized dealer.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters n.exc 1.5 sqm each (without taking off shutters from the frame) and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ ceosetory windows & other frames/ chowkhat of size 45mm x 70mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note:- For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair face of brick surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with PD proof 101 LW(+) of Dr fixit or equivalent integral WP admixer @200 ml/bag of cement over two coats of super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equ. in the ratio 1:4: 7 (one part super latex 302, 4 part water and 7 part cement ) @ 1.50 Kg of homogenious mixture per sqm in two coats on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement including taking down of cement plaster complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings including taking down of old plastered surface complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- Water proofing additive shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of roof top surfaces, providing and applying single component elastic cold applied polyurethane modified acrylic roofing system, co elastic technology (CET) based on modified polyurethane and fully fibre reinforced, having sun reflectivity index (SR) of 109 on top of concrete roof surfaces. All cracks up to 3mm at corner joints, channel and parapets should be treated with crack seal. Applying three coats including one coat of primer of ShaliUrethane BTD/ Sikalastic 560/ smart care damp proof-ultra having coverage @ min 0.75kg/m2 and dilution up to 10% and laying reinforced fiber net and applying two coats (without dilution) of shaliUrethane BTD/Sikalastic 560/smart care damp proof ultra @ total consumption 2 kg/m2 in two coats for maintaining minimum dry film thickness 1.5mm and elongation at break of free film of approx 350%. The materials shall be applied with brush or roller, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge/Consultant Note:- 6 Hrs interval between two coat will be maintained). All auxiliary and accessories involved during application should be supplied by single manufacturer as a part of system.Make: STP/Sika/Asian paint or equivalent as approved by GE. Note:- Application of water proofing treatment will be done by Authorised Applicator only. (i) The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators duly approved by GE in writing. (ii) 5% amount of the total amount of water proofing treatment shall be retained as a guarantee and shall be released after 10 years. However, contractor may deposit the FDR of same amount in favour of GE. If contractor fail to rectify the defect pointed out during this period in writing, the defect shall be got rectified at contractor' risk and cost and the payment shall be made from the amount kept reserved or by encashing the FDR deposited by the contractor as guarantee. The contractor's quoted rates for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

M&L for applying a priming coat of @ 0.30Kg/Sqm with Bituminous primer including prepration of surface, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial hot blown grade bituminen 85/25 @ 1.2Kg/Sqm including cleaning surfaces ,complete all as specified and directed.
