Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc 1.50 sqm each and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.50 sqm each and n exc 4 sqm and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description area nexc. 1 Sqm removing from site, complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down shutter of any description area exc. 1 Sqm and n.exc. 2 Sqm and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair Pressed steel frames of size 125 mm X 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Pressed steel frames of size 105 mm X 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for 35 mm thick factory made, 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebeated and prepared to received glass, gauzed, with out sash bar edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass etc, size of member of shutter as per specified in SSR Part-I Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) and for door and fixed with chowkats, chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood plain, framed pannelled shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board wiyh commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per (IS : 1003 part-I , kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.
