FENCING & GATE

M&L for Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying 2mm true care wall putty of ASIAN Paints/Equivalent and applying two coat of 100% antifungous acylic emulsion exterior grade paint (white & Blue) (Make Asian/Berger/Nerolac/Dulux) over a coat of acrylic primer in approved shade and as per manufactures instruction & including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

AIR CONDITIONING

S&F wall mounted type Electronic voltage stabilizer 5 KVA with digital display suitable for split AC of 2 Ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.
