NS-3 Removing & Treatment of unwanted Each plants/trees from structural surfaces at all heights upto 10 mtrs from NGL by removing plants, opening the structural surface to remove plant roots & then injecting Roundup treatment and repairing the structural surface to its original appeal with brickwork, concrete & plastering etc. as a complete job with necessary scaffolding

NS-4 Item Rate for Providing and Fixing of PVC Each Float Valve 15 mm dia for Low Level cistern of make Tip Top or Equivalent, includes all lead, lifting any height, loading, unloading, all taxes, charges, all L&M, T&P as a complete job. Nothing Extra will be paid whatsoever the case may be.

NS-7 Repairs to rolling shutters by oiling, Sqm greasing, reverting of plates of channels etc. without any replacement of of materials. If any replacement is made, that will be paid extra under relevant USSR items.

NS-8 "Testing / Calibration, overhauling of meter Each (water of different types) 150-200 dia"

NS-9 P&F C.I Non return valve 150-200 mm dia Each complete with bolts, nuts, rubber inserting etc. with all labour & materials.

NS-10 Item Rate Replacing of top layer 150 mm Each thick filter media after removing existing coarse sand & silt from rain harvesting pit, (Average thickness 150 mm) deposing out side pit in stack than shifting the same at nominated place up to lead 50mtr, Cleaning jungle, wild grouth etc. 3mtr arround harvesting pit and refilling the top layer with 150mm thick fresh coarse sand dressing the surface in level to the satisfaction of site engineer including all labour and material lead lift all taxes as acomplete job.

NS-11 Refixing /fixing of barbed wire on existing per dislocated/hanging on previously erected posts metre with wire nails, hooks, stitching bolts, binding of wire etc. straight and/or cross pattern. (Rate barbed includes drilling of holes in the post wherever wire required) as directed by Engineer -in- charge with all labour and material taxes, incidental charge etc. as a complete job. NS-14 Supplying of Pozolona Portland Cement/ Tonne OPC 53-grade inclusive of all Taxes and incidental charges etc. as a complete job to the satisfaction of site engineer..

NS-15 Supplying and applying epoxy mortars Sqm (average thickness 5mm) over leached, honey combed, spalled concrete surface and exposed steel reinforcement after thorough cleaning of the exposed concrete/ reinforcement with wire brush, etc. complete as per specification. Note: This item is to be paid for only where concreting of the defective work was not the responsibility of the same contractor.

NS-16 Rubbing/polishing of old floors,Terrazzo or Sqm mosaic/Marble/ skirting and dado including treads and risers of steps of terrazzo/terrazzo tiles plain or chequered, kota stone, marble tiles etc. with fine grade carborandum stone with machine or manually complete

NS-17 Hiring of JCB/Hitachi for levelling and Hour dressing ground/dismantling structures,Removal of jungle, clearing of earth, lowering high cess etc., along side the track between up and down lines obstructing drainages of rain water, clearing of bushes obstructing visibility at curves and Level Crossings with all lead and lift etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge .All labour, tools and plants consumables stores including supply of JCB/Hitachi with crew to be provided by the contractor at his own cost. The contractor shall arrange road permit f o r vehicle for all the States of operation, as per instructions of engineer in-charge a n d vehicle shall n o t be m o r e t h a n three years old. Payment shall be made for actual working hours at site.

NS-18 Item Rate for providing and fixing at site Kg Pre-fabricated MS steel Cupboard shutters (Steel Almirah Type). Made from 20 SWG thickness including handle & round bar locking arrangement, Hasp & Staple Lock (Stainless Steel), Good quality M.S. Hinges & Tower bolt, cloth hook, M.S. Sheet Shelves (if required) and Frame for shutter to be fabricated with 20 SWG MS Sheet, with welding/Riveting/Bolting etc. with all to be finished by Metallic Paint to provide smooth and finished surface. This also includes Dismantling of existing wooden Cup Boards Shutters & Shelves (if required) etc. including material, labour, freight and all taxes & levies as a complete job to the satisfaction of engineer-in- charge Total 1055100.39
