REPAIR TO BARBED WIRE REPLACEMENT OF RCC FENCING POST AND CONCRETINA COIL WITH ALLIED WORKS IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN SINGARSI UNDER AGE (I) AF SINGARSI

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion in natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angle iron post & strut etc in fencing including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. including securing bolts, and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire ect. Flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary driliing, bolting or riveting etc. and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation of soft/loose soil in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 Cum getting out returing, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 10 mm dia mild steel round bars dia cut to length, bent to hook at ends for fixing as line wires to chain link fencingconfirming to grade (Fe-290, GdeE-165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete or fixing of RCC/angle post complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n exc 5cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing reinforced cement concrete type B-1, 1;2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts ect. For fencing, average sectional area n exc 100 sq. cm with or without chamfered alngle and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking securing with clip and confirming to grade Fe-410-W(Gde-250) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no. 8 here- in- before but 5mm dia over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

S&F in repair for galvanised, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed. (each line to be wire measured)

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation on new steel surfacesof any description, over 10mm in width girth not otherwise described and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed..

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing wire mesh of 100mm x 100mm size made with 3.40mm dia GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link MS galvanised fencing of size 100mm x 100mm mesh and 3.4mm dia wire including line wires, to any type of standards rails, strainig bolts etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as directed.

supply and fixing in repair galvanised concretina coil (reinforced punch barbed tape single layer of 600mm dia and 75mm aperture staining), (weigth n less than 1.40 Kg/RM) and fixed on Y shaped angle iron and including necessary clip (n less than 125 clip for each bundel of coil) for securing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete M-15 type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate as in floor finishing/plinth protection cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (cement mortar) 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement primer on walls all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L liquior finish/glossry finish chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors using white cement and pigments including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc. (as in patches and as per site condition) as per desing/pattern approved by AGE (I) etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L liquior finish/glossry finish Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulder laid with grey cement and pigment any size and shape conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick M-35 graded over and including 50mm thick sand cushion etc complete all as specified and directed.
