SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO. MT/T-1 AND 2F INC BOUNDARY WALL OF OFFICER MESS AT RAJPUT REGIMENTAL CENTRE FATEHGARH

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (including taking down of backing plaster to brick / concrete wall surface), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, coloured (shade & pattern as approved by Engineer-in-charge), area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match , laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheeting in roof covering all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Colour of sheet shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, ridges, gutters, valleys etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Colour of sheet shall be as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but including ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size, sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick smart care ready mix repair plaster with high quality polymer additives, well graded sand and fillers which can be used for plaster (as per manufacturer's instructions) over interior surfaces of wall finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed. Note - Coverage area of smart care ready mix plaster shall be 24-28 Kg/Sqm)

M&L for 10 to 12 mm thick smart care ready mix repair plaster with high quality polymer additives, well graded sand and fillers which can be used for plaster (as per manufacturer's instructions) over exterior surfaces of wall finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed. Note - Coverage area of smart care ready mix plaster shall be 24-28 Kg/Sqm)
