Excavation in trenches not exe. 1.5m in width and not exe 1.5m in depth and n. exc. 10 Sqm on plan for foundation, laying pipes etc including forming bottom surface to required level and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Restringing and tightening of ACSR conductor of any size and type maintaining stranded sag including providing aluminium binding wire, jumpers on HT/LT over head lines with jumper clip including re-fixing of serviceable cross arms, street light bracket etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Actual number of conductor including earth wire and shortest distance between the poles shall be measured for payment. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor for sag and jumper etc. (ii) Burnt /damaged jumpers of appropriate size shall be replaced by the contractor and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Trimming of tree branches of girth n. exc. 15cm along the alignment of both sides of LT/HT over head electric line which are touching or falling on ACSR conductor/ poles or near by sub stns etc at any at any height from GL and making sufficient clearance (not less than 1.5m) from conductor and taking down the same on the ground carefully, avaoiding damage of tne conductor/pole and removing to a distance n. exc 100m, complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Trimming of the branches/twigs shall be done on both sides of the conductor. (ii) Actual length of cutting along with the alignment of overhead electric line shall be measured for payment (iii) Trimming of the branches can be carried out twice at same location during the currency of contract, subject to minimum 4 months gap.

Cleaning of area around transformer, LT panel, bus bar, VCB, RMUs, LT / HT Structure, pole, path of electrical Sub Staion / DG Set by scraping the grass by root and criperies, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cleaning of E/M installation can be carried out twice at same location during the currency of contract, subject to minimum 4 months gap.

S&F in repair jumper wire, spiral type, insulated, aluminium conductor of cross section 50 Sqmm, suitable for low/high tension jumper wire with colour coding (red, yellow, blue and black), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair porcelain viereous white or brown shackle type insulator including galalvanaized mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts 550 volts grade, 50mm height, 65mm dia and 9mm dia bolt size, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair pin type porcelain vitreous, white or brown insulator including one galvanized mild steel spoindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanaized iron nut, 50mm height 65mm dia for 550 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down serviceable steel pole from root carefully, transporting to other places as directed and fixing of serviceable steel pole size (9 Mtr) complete with street light bracket and street light including excavation/earth work, disposal of surplus soil, provision PCC(1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20 x 15cm size, complete all as specified and directed.
