Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam(DBM): - Providing and laying dence graded bituminous macadam with 100-200 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed wih bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 percent by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher, with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification Clause 507 complete in all respect. (i)for Grading I (40 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete(BC): Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-200 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher, with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification Clause 509 complete in all respect. (i)Bitumen for Grading I (13 mm nominal size)

Cement Concrete Pavement: - Cement concrete Pavement construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete paevment over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, course and fine aggregate comfroming to IS 383, maximum size of course aggregate not exceeding 25 mm , mixed in a batching and mixing plants as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compactedand finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, seperation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, denonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, adimixture as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.

MBCB: - Type-A "W" Metal Beam Crash Barrier Providing and ercting a "w" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above raod/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5mm spaced 2m cemtre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitmens to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fitting to comform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330mm long complete as per Clause 810 Road Markers/Road Stud with Lens Reflector.
