CONSTRUCTION OF BOUNDARY WALL and GATE FOR RESIDENTIAL PLOT AND GREEN AREA IN SECTOR-09, AT AWADH VIHAR YOJNA, LUCKNOW

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil ( loam clay or sand) lift up to 1.50M and lead up to 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30M from the foundation trenches including all T&P phowarah and basket etc. complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 brick ballast 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation.

Class-150 B/W in 1:6 cement & coarse sand F.M. 1.5 to 2.0 mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc complete as per direction by E/I.

Class 150 brick work (115 mm thick) in 1:4 cement and Hamirpur/Banda sand ( FM 1.5 to 2.0) mortar in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level (upto two storey) including necessary cutting and moulding of brickwork as required and also including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc, required for proper completion of the work. si no 2/6.4.2

Providing and laying of Grade-20 R.C.C. work with cement, coarse sand of F.M. 2.20 to 3.60 and 20mm graded stone grit in Lintal excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all labour material T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. Binding wire will be supplied by the contractor.

Centering and shuttering including struting, proping etc and removal of form work for Lintel Band

12 mm. cement plaster with in 1:6 cement and Hamirpur / Banda sand ( FM 1.5 to 2.0) mortar, single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm. in girth and finished even and smooth. No. extra for mixing any adhetive.

Finishing wall with two coat of apex weather coat /equivalent make exterior paint over a priming coat of water proofing cement paint on approved quality such as super snocem, durocem, super quality of approved shade on undecorated wall surface with surface prepared with white Birla / equavalent putty of approved make to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remain of loose powdered material and rate is inclusive of cost of all material, labour T&P and curing etc. complete as per direction of E/I.
