M & L for vetrified tiles 10mm thick (square or rectangular ) light shed, polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in vertical surfaces etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or cloloured cement to match including backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid colour ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:4 etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed coloured ceramic, designer/ concept pattern tiles 300mm x 600mm x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry in vertical surfaces and jointed in white cement with pigment to match colour over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) including taking down old dado/skirting/wall finishes of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from frame) from the opening of size not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fixing 30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge
