Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Wrought Iron or Mild Steel Work, viz. MS Flat Iron (Wind Tie) and Similar Work including MS Bolts, Nuts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Plain or Corrugated Steel Sheeting any gauge, thickness, including nainital or similar roof coverings/sunshade, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling including Cement Mortar Bedding (but not backing), and removing rubbish off the Premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water, remove dust, debries/ rubbish, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking of drain pipe (salt glazed wire, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar for 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as direceted.

Dismantling 100mm bore Cast iron pipe, jointed in cement mortar in foul places including necessary scaffolding upto four story height of building complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down PVC (SWR) soil/RWP pipe including all fittings such as bend shoe etc complete including necessary scaffolding complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth and getting out as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.
