Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius using old size brick built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, and making the surface clean etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonary, stone masonary or concrete surfaces of wall finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of walls by mechanical means and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion weather proof paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

S&F Complete removal of existing treatment of walls by mechanical means and applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion weather proof paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel, including gates work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed such as grills, gratings, angle etc with ends of bar shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed baluster, walk way, railings, frame work of water tank and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old steel/concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Trellis work (jafri), including taking as under of battens of trellis (posts and rails measured separately), one way complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 35 mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mmgraded stone aggregate) set in CM 1: 4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : each line wire to be measured

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of same from outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete rubber moulded coloured interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade in floors/path/parking with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping apex stone, bed plates, parapets, cills slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throatings including necessary formwork as in coping complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 1:3:6, using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks, exc.10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of drain, removing silt, vegetation and repairing the broken part with brick/stone and plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling CGI / asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating Gi based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/J hook, L-type crancked hook as complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mps as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type or in any position complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing 4mm dia of mesh wire, mesh size 100mm x 100mm including line wires complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
