RAIL FOUNDATION WORK WITH PSC SLEEPER FOR IN-MOTION WEIGH BRIDGE RAIL SYSTEMS AT LOCO SHED AREA OF ALUMINA PLANT

1.1.2.) Removing the excavated materials , debris of any description and other waste materials, spoil including loading into trucks/tractors using baskets by head loads or any other means and transporting by trucks/ tractors up to a distance of 5 km and unloading at the ear marked places inside plant, spreading levelling complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

2.8.1) Earth work in excavation in all types of soils other than hard rock in over areas, foundations and for flooring etc. in caustic prone areas as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge . The work shall include shoring & shuttering wherever required, dressing, ramming the bottom, disposing the surplus earth to nearby low lying areas within a lead of 50m or stacking within 50m for further disposal by any other means.

.2.25.0) Back filling with available excavated earth (excluding rocks) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 Mtr and lift up-to 1.5 Mtr.

4.1.3) Providing and laying Cement concrete at all depths below and upto ground level in foundations, fillings, non suspended floors including tamping , curing etc. but excluding shuttering in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc all complete.( CEMENT SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE) PCC 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2Coarse sand: 4 20mm stone aggregate)

4.1.8) PCC 1:4:8 (1 Cement:4 Coarse sand:8 40mm stone aggregate)

5.1.2) Providing and laying RCC in pavement, slabs & drains with 20mm & down graded stone aggregate (excluding the cost of reinforcement and shuttering )areas including curing, vibrating etc. finishing the top to proper shape and level etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.(Cement shall be issued free of cost from Nalco store or any other point defined by Nalco) RCC grade 1:1.5:3 ( 1 Cement : 1.5 sand: 3 stone aggregate)

5.9.1) Centring and shuttering including strutting,proping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footing, columns, suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves, lintels, beams, chajjas, girders, bressumers, cantilevers, pillars, posts, struts and stair cases and all types of RCC work at all heights in any floors as directed by EIC. Work above/below plinth level upto all depths, shapes and sizes.

5.22.4) Bending/binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement confirming to IS 1139 or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement confirming to IS 1786 for RCC Work at all height and depths, taking the same from store issue points to site of work, straightening, bending to required shape and lenghts as per details, including supplying and binding contractors own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused /scrap/unserviceable steel to owners storage point etc all complete. (REINFORCMENT STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO STORES)

15.3.0) Dismantling reinforced cement concrete work by manually / mechanical means including cutting, stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 mtrs. lead as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (SUITABLE COMPRESSED AIR POINT NEAR WORK SITE FOR THE BREAKER SHALL BE MADE AVAILABLE)

15.9.2) Dismantling all type of Masonary, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish and unserviceale materials and disposing within a lead of 50 mtrs
