Dismantling unserviceable burnt out MCCB by disconnecting the cable and Supply & Fix new MCCB's in the existing panel boards with new bolts, nuts,lugs& glands etc of the following capacities copmlete all as specified and directed :- MCCB 63 Amps,4 pole 16KA, 440 Volts

MCCB 100 Amps,4 pole 16KA, 440 Volts

MCCB 125 Amps,4 pole 16KA, 440 Volts

S & F synthetic insulating mat of size 2 mtr X 1 mtr X 19 mm for LT panel,complete as specified and as directed.

Material and labor for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT feeder pillar box/HT & LT panels by scrapping with wire brush and cleaning etc. and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with use of spray gun of approved grey colour and writing the all details as per direction with white colour in back ground complete all as directed.

Supply & Fix 6 metre length cylindrical Steel Tubular Poles, length 7m of designation 410 SP-1 with single arm bracket of 1500 mm length, with and including bracket bent to shape made out of 1.2 metre light Grade 50mm bore Gl pipe with two set of clamp made out of flat Iron 50X6mm including necessary nuts, bolt & washers including two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide/zinc chrome primer connecting electrically with PVC multi stranded copper cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed and suitable junction box for single fixtures with and including necessary excavation, returning filling & PCC as per OEM recommendation including dismantling of Old unserviceable 9/11 metre pole any description complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Street light Fixtures shall be measured & paid under respective items.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 22 above but exceeding 1.5 m in depth and not exceeding 3 m.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of XLPE, insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric cable with stranded aluminium conductors, 1100 volts grade, laid in tranches/fixing on wall/poles or passing through pipe, including connecting up with suitable glands, lugs, nuts and bolts wherever required and testing on completion, including taking down existing unserviceable cable with GI protections pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following cross sectional area :- (a) 3.5 Core x 95 Sq mm.

(b) 3.5 Core x 70 Sq mm.
