Work of replacement of OLTC Tank Top Cover of 40 MVA TF 1 at 132 KV SS Bijnor

Continuous Centrifuging (Minimum 72 Hrs.) & Circulation of T/F oil in 40 MVA T/F-I at 132 KV S/S Bijnor till the desired BDV Value of the oil & IR Values of Bushings are achieved including Hourly Recording all the parameters such as Temp., Vacuum and Insulation Resistance etc. Centrifuging Machine, its Operator and all associated T&P shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own Cost.

Overhauling of Diverter switch & mechanism of OLTC of 40 MVA T/F-I after draining of oil from OLTC chamber flashing with hot T/F oil in OLTC chamber and finally filling the fresh centrifuged T/F oil in OLTC chamber.

Replacement of diaphragm of OLTC Tank of 40 MVA T/F-I transformer by same make transformer OLTC Tank diaphragm lying damaged in other substations of UPPTCL.
