Construction of Granular Sub Base (GSB) with approved materials as per MORTH specifications Clause 401 confirming to Grading - I (Table 400-1 & Table 400-2) inclusive of all lead and lift, labour, machinery, material, T&P. This item to be executed only after prior approval from Engineer in Charge.

Providing Dense Bituminous Macadam course (DBM) for Grading II(19 mm nominal size) Bitumen Content bitumen 60/70 (VG 30) per MORTH technical specification Clause 507) inclusive of all lead and lift, labour, machinery, material, T&P complete as per drawings with the approval by Engineer in Charge.

Bituminous Concrete: Providing Bituminous Concrete (BC) wearing course complete for Grading-II (30-45 mm thickness) with 60/70 bitumen (VG-30) as per technical specification clause 507 of MORTH specifications inclusive of all lead and lift, labour, machinery, material, T&P complete as per drawings with the approval by Engineer in Charge.

Tack coat (Providing and applying tack coat at the rate of 0.3 kg/sqm as per Clause 503 of MORTH specifications and as per standards of IRC 16-2008.) inclusive of all lead and lift, labour, machinery, material, T&P complete as per drawings with the approval by Engineer in Charge. This item to be executed only after prior approval of Engineer in Charge.

Prime coat (Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm as per Clause 502 of MORTH specifications and as per standards of IRC 16-2008.) inclusive of all lead and lift, labour, machinery, material, T&P complete as per drawings with the approval by Engineer in Charge. This item to be executed only after prior approval of Engineer in Charge.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beeds on Bituminous surface: Providing and applying (Cleaning of Bituminous surface) thermoplastic compound of 2.5 mm thickness including drop down reflectorizing, glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area thickness of 2.5 mm exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC:35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, all complete as per clause 803 of MORTH technical specifications and inclusive of all lead and lift, labour, machinery, material, T&P, as per drawings and approved by Engineer in Charge. Note:- The guarantee of Thermoplastic should be minimum 3 Years

Fabrication, supply and installation of ground mounted retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board made of high intensity Micro-Prismatic Grade Sheeting (Type XI) as per IRC 67-2012 and Clause 801 of MORTH technical specifications, including mounting on primed and painted MS sign post complete with foundation (M20 grade) as per drawing. All components shall be inclusive of all lead and lifts, labour, machinery, material, T&P. The contractor shall submit warranty certificate for Retro Reflective Sheeting as per clause 6.9 of IRC: 67:2012 & a certified copy of outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab as per clause 6.7 of IRC: 67:2012 to the Engineer in Charge. Supplying and fixing of ground mounted Hazard Marker made with Type XI sheeting conforming to IRC 67-2012 and as per drawing. The design, materials to be used and location shall be as per drawing and confirm to IRC 79-2019 and Clause 806 of MORTH specifications. Fixing of Hazard marker including excavation & cement concrete (1:3:6) (30x30x30cm size) in foundation, curing. All components shall be inclusive of all leads and lifts, labour, machinery, material and T&P. (a) One way hazard marker

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solar LED blinkers on heavy duty powder coated GI pole and installed on cement concrete (M20 Grade) pedestal casing complete with solar panel, solar battery with charger, control panel in weather proof pole box, as per drawing and Clause 815.10 of MORTH technical specifications, approved by Engineer in Charge, and shall be inclusive of all lead and lift, labour, machinery, material, T&P.

Supply and laying of precast coloured chamfered edge Cement Concrete Paver Block (M35 Grade) of 80mm thickness made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of stone dust, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks, approved by Engineer in Charge and inclusive of all labour, lead and lift, machinery, transport, installation, T&P etc.

Providing and fixing in position 150mm dia bollard and 900mm height of required shape including providing base plate 210mm dia stainless steel of 304 grade embedded 150mm in cement concrete grade M10 nominal mix including necessary excavation of size 250*250*450mm deep for same in bitumen/concrete / paver block pavement at specified spacing as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cast in-situ Cement Concrete grade M-10 under the kerb stone, spread and compacted including form work complete as per drawing and inclusive of all labour, lead, lift, machinery, T&P, transport, installation etc. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying Pre-cast kerb stone of M-25 grade in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar, including making drainage opening wherever required complete as per drawing and inclusive of all labour, lead, lift, machinery, T&P, transport, installation etc. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and applying two coats of paint on kerb as per relevant clauses of section-800 of MoRTH specifications & IRC-67 complete inclusive of all labour, lead, lift, machinery, T&P, transport etc. as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, jointing & testing of 110 mm dia (8 Kg/sq. cm) P.V.C. pipes with solvent cement joint for 6kg/ sq. cm. pressures including testing of joints, cost of jointing materials etc. complete in all respect and inclusive of all labour, lead, lift, machinery, T&P, transport, installation etc. as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in situ reinforced cement concrete U-shape drain having strength not less than M20 in open foundation including form work, shuttering, drain cover etc. complete as per drawing and design prepared by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge, technical specifications and relevant clauses of MoRTH Technical Specifications Section 1500, 1700 and 2100. The complete work shall be executed inclusive of all labour, lead, lift, machinery, T&P, transport, installation etc. as per the direction of Engineer in- charge. Construction of median and island above road level with approved material spread, graded and compacted as per Clause 408 of MORTH specifications inclusive of all labour, lead, lift, machinery, T&P, transport, installation etc. and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping stretching etc. complete for and removal of form work by sheet plate or ply wood shuttering for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Construction of median and island above road level with approved material spread, graded and compacted as per Clause 408 of MORTH specifications inclusive of all labour, lead, lift, machinery, T&P, transport, installation etc. and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (b) Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level. Cement concrete grade M-20 complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of median and island above road level with approved material spread, graded and compacted as per Clause 408 of MORTH specifications inclusive of all labour, lead, lift, machinery, T&P, transport, installation etc. and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (c) Filling of Median and Island above road level with approved material deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation for drain and foundation of other structures or borrow pits, spread, graded and uncompacted as per relevant clauses of Section-400 of MORTH Specifications and complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Utility duct along the road : Providing and laying non-pressure NP3 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes collar jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1cement: 2 fine sand), including excavation, filling, manhole at 30 metre interval, brick work with well burnt chimney bricks in bulls patenttrench kiln, cement bed underneath pipe with 0.1 metre of thickness and M20 grade nominal mix, inclusive of all lead and lifts, labour, machinery, material, T&P and as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge and as per approved drawing.

Supply and installation of Dustbins of PVC material for dry and wet waste complete with swing type structure and placed on GI angle frame, placed at 200 m apart and approved by Engineer-in-charge. The work shall be complete including of all lead and lift, labour, machinery, material and T&P and as per drawing.

Construction of ramp: Providing and laying Cement Concrete grade M-10 as per drawing and approved by Engineer in Charge, including lead and lift, labour, machinery, material and T&P.

Construction of vending area, with cement concrete of M-10 grade 0.2 m depth, including construction of Granular Sub Base (GSB) with approved materials as per MORTH specifications Clause 401 confirming to Grading - I (Table 400-1 & Table 400-2) inclusive of all lead and lift, labour, machinery, material, T&P. This item to be executed only after prior approval from Engineer in Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Solar Street Light on heavy duty galvanized pole and installed on cement concrete (M20 Grade) pedestal casing complete with solar panel, solar battery with charger, control panel in weather proof pole box, as per drawing approved by Engineer in Charge. The installation of all components of solar street light shall be inclusive of all lead and lift, labour, machinery, material, T&P. On East- West section at interval of 20 metres on median and at 30 metres on footpath.

Supplying, installation and fixing of Tubular Steel Railing including providing and laying Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in open foundation and form work shuttering etc. complete as per drawing and MoRTH technical specifications section 1500, 1700 & 2100. The work shall be carried out inclusive of all labour, lead, lift, machinery, T&P, transport, installation etc. and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and installation road delineators (road way indicators) as per MORT&H Clause 806. The structure shall be made in roll forming process having height of 80-100 cm above the ground level, in confirmation with IRC:79: 1981, and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The delineator should consist of minimum retro reflective unit exposed area of 330 cm2 white color, full cube corner micro prismatic non-metallic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67:2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per ASTM D 4956 Type XI label specification. The delineator shall have grooves across the- length to make the reflective sheets vandal proof. The work shall be carried out inclusive of all labour, lead, lift, machinery, T&P, transport, installation etc., as per the drawing.

Supply and laying of Tactile Pavers 1.5 km on both sides of Carriageway as per section 6.4 of IRC 103-12.Dimension of Tactile paver blocks should be - 300mm*300 mm., as per direction of Engineer in Charge, including lead and lift, labour, machinery, material and T&P.

Supply and installation of Precast RCC Tree Grating of dimension 1050mm*1050mm*60mm, approved by Engineer in Charge, including lead and lift, labour, machinery, material and T&P.

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for one Year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trench, watering, fixing the tree guard and maintaining the plants for one year)

Filling Moorum material including all lead and stacking etc. complete at the base of paved shoulder and footpath. (iii) Moorum with CBR not less than 20 and P.I. Not Cum. 140.00 exceeding 6.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, utility services and any other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P, scaffolding wherever necessary. All unserviceable materials shall be stacked at suitable disposal sites. The dismantling operation shall be inclusive of all lead and lift, labour, machinery, material, T&P and in accordance with instructions of Engineer in Charge and as per Clause 202 of MORTH technical specifications.

Consolidated cost of shifting of LT electrical poles: Will be executed as per supervision and approval of power distribution company. Contractor should get NOC from power distribution company and work should be carried out as per specifications and guidelines of distribution company, inclusive of all labour, lead, lift, machinery, transport, installation, etc. Contractor should get completion certificate from distribution company after completing shifting activities. All shifting should be done by registered electrical contractor.
