CLEANING AND REPAIRING OF DE-GREASING PLANT INSTALLED AT 505 ABW UNDER GE U P AND M DELHI CANTT

Cleaning and repairing of De-Greasing Plants with the following works carried out are as under... (a) M&L for cleaning and repairing of washing chamber size of 14.0 X 10.0 X 12.0 Mtr and including SS spray pipe line of various size, which is laid inside the washing chamber. Dismantling the nozzles, coupling with pack ing, elbow from the pipe line, after then cleaning and drain out to all froze n /solid sludge from the line so that the flow of chemical/water can be done properly through spray pipe line after making a good reassembled complete spray pipe line. Job-01 No (b) Draining and cleaning of alkaline chemical tank/Hot water/Cold water made out of stainless-steel sheet of size 4000mmx2500mmx1800mm/1200mmx2500mmx1800mm/900mmx 2500mmx1800mm double cell type mounted in basement of degreasing plant, removing complete frozen solid sludge using required T&P by manually and disposed / thrown at a minimum distance of 100 metre away from the plant or a location decided by user’s premises complete all as specified. (c) Draining and cleaning of Dosing Tank 150 Lts for caustic soda, polyelec trolyte solution and storing alum complete removal solid sludge materials from the tank and rectify the leakage point of the tank completed. Qty -03 Job. (d) M&L for rewinding of Squirrel cage induction motor 3.7 KW with super enamelled copper conductor with Class B insulation and varnishing and replacement of ball bearing complete.
