Carriage of earth for 3rd chain of 30mtrs

Carriage of earth from 90mtrs to 510mtrs

Earth filling in under floors with surplus ordinary soil or soil containing gravel or kankar upto 40% excavated from foundation and taken only from outside the building plinth in 15 cm layers including ramming, watering and consolidating lead upto 30 metres.

Earth filling in under floors with surplus ordinary soil or soil containing gravel or kankar upto 40% taking outside the premises in 15 cm layers including ramming, watering and consolidating lead upto 1000 metres.

Providing and applying Anti Termite Treatment using pre constructional chemical treatment measures as per IS -6313 -2001 ( Part 2 ) & using Chemical containing chloropyrifos systemic insecticide diluted to manufacturer's specifications (i) In foundation pits, by treating the bottom & sides up to height of 300mm by uniformly spraying solution @ 5 Litre / sqm (ii) In the refill earth on both sides of all built up walls @ 7.5 Litre / Running meter (width -300 mm, depth -450 mm) (iii) Before laying the floor, by uniformly sprinkling the top surface of the consolidated earth within the outer perimeter @ 5 Litre solution per sqm.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE WORKS

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering)

Centring and shuttering for sides and soffits of beam, beams launchings girders bressumers, lintels

Centring and shuttering for flat surfaces such as suspended floors, roofs, landings, chajjas, shelves etc.

Cold twisted deformed (Ribbed/ Tor Steel Bar) Bars Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-2008, for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and placing in position complete (Including Carriage)

Reinforced cement concrete M-30 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth (Including Carriage)

Extra for pumping charges of Batch Mix Concrete / Ready-mix concrete work up to floor 5 levels.

FLOORING WORKS

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622(thickness to be specified by the manufacture of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of size 300 x 300 mm asapproved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing inwhite cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (Including Carriage)

WATER PROOFING WORKS

Kota stone tile flooring 20mm to 30 mm thick over 12.5mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement, 3 Sand) laid and jointed with neat cement slurry, mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone including rubbing and polishing. (Including Carriage)

BIDDER MUST INCLUDE ALL ITEMS THAT ARE NECESSARY AND ESSENNTIAL TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE WORKING PLANT TO THE SATISFACTION OF ENGINEER IN CHARGE. NO EXTRA PAYABE LATER. ANY DEFICIENCY / IMPROVEMENT IN THIS TENDER (SPECS / BOQ) MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE ARCHITECT / CONSULTANT NOW - BEFORE BIDDING The BOQ given hereafter is only for the purpose assessing the overall costing of the project and will be used for arriving at the payment schedule to the contractor for actual and approved work done

Preliminary Works

Shop Drawings

Detailed GA drawing, flow diagram, equipment list, power load requirement with design calculations of all elements of the plant, electrical and mechanical work to satisfy / supply adequacy of design followed by submission of detailed GOOD FOR CONSTRUCTION' architectural, structural, construction, electrical, mechanical and piping drawing for approval.

Contractor shall ensure submission of detailed GA drawings (Plan & Section), P & I diagram, schematic diagram for the above mentioned components and additional components such as inserts, puddle flanges, vent pipes etc. if so required for the complete work.

SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT

Design, Supplying, Installing, Testing & Commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant capacity 200 KLD. The plant proposed shall be a common pump room. The plant is proposed to be installed in the under ground accessible from the top of pump room itself for future maintenance. No opening shall be provided on main slab above for this purpose, for the following :

Nature of effluent - Domestic Sewage from Toilet use and kitchen waste

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1 Nos Stainless Steel Perforated Screen with suitable lifting arrangement mechanically (size 300 mm wide x 500 mm high approx) Bar sizing will be 40mm x 6mm & Bar spacing should be min 15mm

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of electronic type level indicator and controller for automatic operation of the system with high/low level alarm complete with auxillary NO/NC contacts.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of non clogging type pumps, having CI casing & SS shaft, bronze impeller complete with all accessories, motor of required capacity. Delivery header with isolation valve/NRV etc, pressure gauge on delivery line with isolation cock level controller with wiring to control the level of sump automatically. Pump shall have following duty.

Submersible Sump Pumps for equilisation tank/ Sewage lifting pump (2 Nos. - 1 working & one standby) :-

Twin type rotary air blowers (1 working & 1 standby) capable of delivering 300cum/hr (each) of free air at 0.55 kg/cm2 driven through “V” belt or directly coupled through flexible coupling to a TEFCmotor of suitable HP Suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles a/c supply

Non clog type air dispersion system capable of handling 3-5 cfm of air with oxygen transfer efficiency of 3-4% per/meter water depth. Air dispersion grid shall be assembled in modular form so that they can be replaced / repaired

Fine bubble diffusers required Nos

Supply and fixing of tube deck type settling media in PP form having a min surface area of 11 m2/m3.LC panel.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of centrifugal filter feed water pumps CIBody, SS shaft, bronze Impeller with mechanical seal along with motor. Pressure gauge with isolation cock, NRV, Isolation valve on delivery line. Isolation valve, stainer at suction. The pump shall be suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles a/c supply

Operation of pump shall be based on level controller proposed to be installed in tank as per site location. The contractor to ascertain the Head required for pumps as per site conditions and provide accordingly.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of MS with epoxy paint (thicknes of 6/8 mm) vessel filter with frontal piping and associated valves and accessories. Filter shall be suitable for minimum working pressure of 5 kg / cm2 and shall include media, standard fittings like pressure.

Multigrade pressure sand filter media

Contractor may be asked to alter the number of filters and pumps subject to any revision to meet the desired capacities.

Approval from pollution board at initial & various other stages of works including preparation of report / drawings as per pollution board requirement, arrangement of raw sewage for testing & commissioning. Contractor shall include the cost of all chemicals (consumed during testing & commissioning and the cost of such items of works which are not explicitly mentioned above, but are mendatory to have pollution board approval. Nothing extra shall be payable in this regard.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Filter Press of plate size 12" X 12" / 14"x 14" plate with screw feed pumps for required capacity (1Working+1Standby), with interconnecting piping and poly dosing system all complete.

Providing & fixing bypass line with arrangement of valve from equilization tank tank to outside sewer manhole/ for tanker connection.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of pH Meter, Electronic megnetic flow meter in inlet & outlet of filtration system complete in all respect.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Energy Meter for electrical panel of STP complete in all respect.

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Dosing System. Horizontal centrifugal with PP/ PVC impeller, 200lph @6m head. Capacity 0-12 LPH, HDPE tank 500 ltrs.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION FOR STP

Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of motor control centre fully compartmentalised fabricated out of 14 gauge CRCA sheet steel. Cable gland plates shall be provided on top as well as at the bottom of the panels. Panels shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before painting as per specifications with 2 coats of red oxide primer and final approved shade of powder coated paint. 2 Nos. earthing terminals shall be provided for 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system. Lifting hooks shall also be provided in case of large panels. Approval shall be taken for each panel before fabrication. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of cables (in accordance to specification) with earthing from panel to each motor / equipment.

Motor Control Centre

Incoming

125 amps TPN MCCB with the following accessories:

c. Phase indicating lamps shall be protected by 2 amp SP MCB 3 Sets

Bus Bar

200 amps TPN (15 KA) copper bus bar with heat shrinkable insulation sleeves.

b. Spare MCB’s of following capacities:

i. 32 amps TPN MCB’s 4 Nos.

c. Necessary cable alleys, internal / cabling, wiring, cabling from MCC to various pumps / equipment and interlocking, earthing for all equipment shall also included

a. All MCCBs / MCBs shall be of 15 KA breaking capacity and suitable for motor duty application.

b. All motor starters shall be provided with Automatic level controller

c. DOL starters shall be used for mototrs below 10HP and Star-Delta Starters for other motors .

d. Provision shall be made for providing potential free contacts to all pumps starters
