Providing Concrete foundation platform for installing 11KV outdoor VCB panel as supplied in item number 1, including providing concrete M25 grade design Mix foundation of nominal dimension (9000X6000 mm) with depth of 900 mm (600 mm above ground level & 300 mm Below ground level), 100mm base concrete with 1:3:6 PCC, RCC rafting with 10 mm steel rod with spacing 150 mm in foundation, suitable size covered cable trench/pipes for entry of 11KV cables, control cables in rear/front side side of Panel in the concrete platform etc. as required. Necessary steps as required to be provided in the platform for accessing the panel. Supply and fixing of fencing all around the pedestal made out of 40x40x6 MM MS angle with 6mm size 25 X 25mm welded mesh, with Gate of size 1200(W) x 1800(H) mm. Proper supports shall be provided with MS Flats wherever necessary to prevent the welded mesh from warping. The 75x 40 mm. channel vertical support for the gate shall be fixed into the ground with PCC with 2.5 Mtr. height, 40 mm MS fabricated Poles around the yard with suitable size of MS angles, MS Channels, MS flats, fixing wire mesh, fencing, concrete foundation with spacing not less than 2 mtrs span between poles. MS Poles and the wire mesh shall be painted with approved color as per E.I.C Direction. The length of the fencing should cover all sides of the foundation with sufficient clearance from sides of the pedestal, complete etc. as per site requirement.

Installation, testing & commissioning of 6 Mtr. Height Octagonal Street Light Pole with all accessories in RCC foundation with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) foundation of size 50x50x150 cm (120 cm below the ground and 30 cm above the ground) (or as per OEM's Standard which ever is better) including excavation and refilling, positioning of template and foundation bolts (supplied with pole to match with pole base plate) and providing and fixing of PE 63, PN 6, HDPE pipe of size 50 mm dia (2 pieces of each minimum 0.75 Mtr length) in the foundation for loop-in loop-out of the cable, numbering the pole etc. complete as required.
