Charges for Dismantling the Plummer blocks (2 Nos), Top covers, gland casing, and Removing the DE Shaft with sprocket wheels (2 Nos), Duplex Sprockets and ratchet in the bucket elevator.

Charges for Replacing/Reconditioning the Damaged DE Shaft and worn out sprocket wheels (2 Nos) including the charges for Material cost, loading, Unloading, Machining cost, Transporting charges, T&P's required, all consumables, Safety appliances ,all labour charges as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for Reassembling the DE Shaft with sprocket wheels (2 Nos), reconditioning the Plummer blocks, gland casing with new oil seals, bearings, gland ropes fixing the Top covers in the bucket elevator and reassembling the connected mechanical components in the elevator system as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including the charges for All T&P required, consumables, safety appliances, and all labour charges etc, complete.

Charges for Disassembling the floating Plummer blocks, End covers sliding guide ways and gland casing in the bucket elevator as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including the charges for All T&P required, consumables, safety appliances, and all labour charges etc, complete.

Charges for Disassembling / Reconditioning the wornout NDE Shaft and worn out sprocket wheels (2 Nos) including the charges for Material cost, loading, Unloading, Machining cost, Transporting charges, all T&P's required, all consumables, Safety appliances, all labour charges and related works required at site, as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Charges for Reassembling the NDE Shaft with sprocket wheels (2 Nos), and replacing the bearings with New oil seals Plummer blocks and fixing the End covers and reassembling the connected mechanical components in the bucket elevator including the T&P's required, all consumables, Safety appliances ,all labour charges and related works required at site, as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for fabrication and supply of new floating Plummer blocks and bearings as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including the charges for Material cost, Machining cost, Transporting charges, All T&P required, consumables, safety appliances, and all labour charges etc, complete.

Charges for disassembling the Bucket and its chain links including the T&P's required, all consumables, Safety appliances ,all labour charges and related works required at site, as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for Reconditioning of Damaged / Twisted Buckets in Bucket Elevator # 1. This work involves Reconditioning of Buckets Body Stiffener, Side Plate and Mount including the T&P's required and consumables.

Charges for Reconditioning the severely wornout / damaged bucket mounts in Bucket Elevator - 2. This works involves cutting and removing the severely wornout / damaged mounts, fabrication and erection of new mounts in the buckets including supply of new mounts T&Ps and consumables.

Charges for Overhauling of Bucket elevator gear box, Checking the tightness & Correcting the alignment of the buckets, chain links, DE & NDE shafts of the Bucket elevators, and its gearbox in Bottom Ash Handling System and reassembling including the T&P's required, all consumables, Safety appliances, all labour charges and related works required at site, as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for Overhauling, Inspection of Vanes, Bearings, Checking & Correcting the alignment of Rotary Feeders and its gearbox in Bottom Ash Handling System and reassembling including the cost of hire charges for T&P required, consumables and other Safety appliances etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete.

Charges for Cutting and removing the Damaged / Twisted guide plate in Bucket elevators and fabrication, fixing, aligning and welding the guide plate at 15 mtr elevation and other safety appliances etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Charges for Reconditioning of Damaged / wornout Rotary Feeder Ducts in Bucket Elevator 1 & 2 area. This work involves cutting and removing wornout duct portion Reconditioning of Rotary Feeder Ducts, replacing/ Reconditioning the duct bottom Portion including the T&P's required and consumables.
