Earth work in excavation by manual/mechanical means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10Sqm on plan/over areas (exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5 m in depth,1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 5km from site /edge cutting or as directed by EIC. disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil including pumping out water caused by springs,tidal or river seepage,broken water means or drains and the like complete during execution of work.

Providing and laying of stone soling hand packed dry including all carriage and cost of material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (crushed) including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1:2(1 Cement: 1 coarse sand: 2 graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (crushed) in retaining walls,return walls ,walls(any thickness), suspended floors, beams, columns, roofs, lintels, balconies, landings, staircase etc excluding cost of centering and shuttering all work up to floor V level including all carriages and cost of materials involved up to site of work complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for foundation, footings basses of columns etc . For mass concrete including all carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. using 12mm ply including all carriages.

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo Mechanically Treated bars. including all carriages .

Supply and filling, watering and compacting of boulders /sand/ nallah muck/ GSB or equivalent under floors/for back filling including all carriages.

Providing and fixing 75 mm dia PVC pipes( Prince,Phenolex or equivalent) in concrete for weep holes as directed by the Site Engineer including all carriages.
