Railway reserves the right to procure full/bulk quantity materials of the tendered item from PAC (Proprietary Articles Certificate) holder.
Material will be purchased from OEM i.e. M/s MODERN RAILTECH EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURES PRIVATE LIMITED- KOLKATA or their authorized vendors only. In case of authorized dealer, Firm should have submit authorization otherwise offer will be summarily rejected.
