Increasing Capacity of T/F 25/63/100 KVA

Fabrication, erection, of 8.5 mtr long single pole with fixing of necessary clamps, & all accessories required including supply and fixing and digging of pit as well as grouting and plinthing of pole as per RESPO norms (only Pole Provided by the dept. & others required material shall be arranged by the Contractor).

Construction of masonry type transformer plinth of size 2x2x1.5 M with brick, cement, coarse sand, sand & brick ballast, filling of sand in the hollow space, plastering outer surface in ratio 1:4:6 top of the plinth 4" thickness grouting of 2 nos. MS Channel of size 100x50x2000 mm on the top of the plinth for placement of transformer. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor).

Construction of retaining wall, fabrication & erection of Wiremesh fencing of size 5+3 &2.0 M height around Transformer and Distribution Pillar Box with retaining wall & 1 no. gate with locking arrangement made of MS Angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm jointed with nuts and bolts. The panel must be supported with MS Flat of size 50x6 mm. Wiremesh of size 10 SWG rectangle type, its painting as per norms of RESSPO. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost).

Installation, commissioning of 100 KVA Transformer including its connection in between 11 kV line and LT line mounting of copper L-Pieces 300X65X6 mm, Providing Aluminium Crimping lugs of size 400 Sq. mm. (All the material except transformer will be provided by the department)

Erection of stays with stay set of 16X1800 mm rod duly painted with red oxide, anchor plate, thumble turn buckle and stay insulator etc. digging of pit of size 0.4X0.6X1.6m for grouting by 1:3:6 cement concrete, with stay of size 7/10 swg, nozzling & grouting. (stay set & stay wire will be provided by the department).

Earthing by way of boring and lowering of "B" class GI pipe 50mm dia from ground upto the water level (maximum 20 meter deep) as per standard practice

Fixing of Earthing Rod Complete (all the materials Providing by the contractor)

Fixing & Providing of 11 KV fuse set complete

Fixing & Providing of Lugs

Providing & fixing of 11 KV TPMO Set with all accessories and clamps (all materials shall be borne by the contractor) as per RESSPO norms

Dismentaling of 10/25/63 KVA T/F & its dump at suitable place on site up to completion of work and its safe loading/unloading/weighing carriage from dump site to JE's store

Mounting of 25/63/100 KVA transformer on double pole structure as per RESPO Norms.(Except T/F all the materials will be supplied by the contractor).
