Taking up Submersible Pump assembly including column pipe approx 50 to 70 mtrs using chain pulley block manually and carrying out following phase of work all as directed for 17.5HP/15 HP Pump Set. (i) Transportation of submersible pump-motor assembly for necessary repair. (ii) Carrying out overhauling of motor assembly 3 Phase ,taking out burnt winding wire, rewinding using super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge and turn, providing insulation materials and replacement of bearing and assembling with repaired/serviceable pump and testing complete all as specified and directed. (iii) Carrying out dismantling and overhauling of multi stage pump, including cleaning and de-rusting of casing, replacement of worm out spare like bearings, impellar bushing, coupling etc & refixing of existing serviceable components after proper cleaning, machining all as required & assembling testing at workshop complete for 17.5/15 HP submersible pump of any make including carrying out painting by two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of primer, assembling the pump and motor including testing complete.

Material & labour for Rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire with appropriate same gauge of exsisting coil with similar class of exsisting insulation as recommended by manufacturer with high quality normex insulating paper applying best quality insulating varnish on stator/rotor windings drying them completely, testing the insulations complete all as specified and directed.
