CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMETER ROAD INSIDE PLANT FROM WT 6 TO TRS IN ALUMINA REFINERY, NALCO, DAMANJODI

2.28.01) Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. All kinds of soil.

02.08.01) Earth work in all kinds of soil in foundation, trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50 M. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed. Lift upto 1.5 m in all type of soil.

02.09.01) Earthwork excavation in soft rock / ordinary rock in foundations not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 Sqm. on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift as mentioned above including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50m. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed.Lift upto 1.50m in ordinary / soft rock.

02.25.00) Back filling with selected excavated earth or any other materials around the foundations, under floors, pavements or any other places in layers not exceeding 20 cm, watering and ramming, consolidating etc. complete.

02.27.00) Filling of sand under floors in trenches sides of foundations etc. including supply of sand and watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

04.01.08) Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, drains, floors, pavements, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor,etc., up to floor five level, including the cost of centering and shuttering and finishing :With PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) . ( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

04.01.05) Providing and laying plain cement concrete at all depths below and above ground level in foundations,fillings,over masonry walls, non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. including the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape,position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)P.C.C.1:3:6 (1cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

05.01.02) Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : . complete (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE). With RCC grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand: 3 stone aggregate).

05.09.01) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for concrete work in foundations, rafts, for structures like columns/walls/culverts/roofs /parapets/beams, as directed by Engineer-in Charge, for work below grond level and above ground level up to 6m. height in all shape and sizes.

05.22.03) Bending / Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement conforming to IS:1139 or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement conforming IS:1786 for R.C.C.work at all height and depths,carting the same from store/issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details including supplying and binding with contractor's own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused/ scrap/ unserviceable steel to owner's storage point etc all complete. (REINFORCEMENT STEEL/TOR STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO's STORE)
