Comprehensive designing, supplying, fabrication, erection of pre-fabricated structure office building/recreation building/carport/gardening/water supply/drainage/sanitary fiiting, electrical and other allied works etc. including Civil, M.S. fabrication , as perquisite general terms & conditions, specifications, detailed drawing/design and all materials strictly used in accordance to ISI ans approved make. Completed with cost of materials, transportation, packing, loading, unloading, labour, tools, plant & machinery etc. as per instruction of EIC and user department.

Civil work PLOT CLEANING Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

EXCAVATION Earth work in All kinds of soil excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in charge.

FILLING Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.

BRICK WORK Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

CEMENT CONCRETE Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources and using recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) as coarse aggregate and fine aggregate within the permissible utilization, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland/Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete to improve durability and workability without impairing strength including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

PEST CONTROL Supplying Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20% chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery .

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) Along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 litres / sqm of the vertical surface of the substructure to a depth of 300mm With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration including excavation channel along the wall & rodding etc. complete.

CENTRING & SHUTTERING Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

TMT STEEL ,SUPPLY,REINFORCEMENT STEEL Steel reinforcement (Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more) for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete.

EXTERNAL PLASTER Providing 20 mm cement plaster 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust)

WATER PROOFING Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

FLOORING Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

PAVER (60mm THICK) Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

RUBBER FLOORING (SUN FLEX) Providing and fixing (Sun flex) interlocking rubber tiles having uniform appearance with top 5mm layer of the surface rubber tiles : Pigmented with crumb rubber granules, bottom base for rubber tiles: Basic black bonded with crumb rubber granules, crumb rubber granules with polyurethane polymerically bonded including cost of prerequisite hardware as required for the application . Colour : (Terracotta Red & Silver)

KOTA STONE Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

ACRYLIC EXTERIOR PAINT Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface.

KITCHEN SINK Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) Kitchen sink with drain board 510x1040 mm bowl depth 250 mm as per IS:13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required :

GRANITE SLAB Providing and laying Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

STAINLESS STEEL BOTTLE TRAP Providing and fixing of stainless steel bottle trap including 12’’ length pipe. Make : Parryware

WAIST COUPLING Providing and fixing of 100mm dia stainless steel waist coupling for sink.

SWAN NECK PILLAR TAP Providing and fixing of swan neck pillar tap.

Steel FABRICATION WORK Fabrication work : Structural steel, designing, supplying and fixing custom designed CRC steel frame super structure manufactured out of (Size & thickness mentioned as per detail drawing) using CRC box pipes wherever required including hardware like hinges, nuts, bolts, washers etc. Structure, safety gate/grills etc. with fixing and installation in position structural steel items viz. structure, vertical column support, trusses,clamps,brackets, safety grills for door & windows and all miscellaneous steel works as detailed and as directed by EIC at all levels the structure should be supplied in the panelized conditions. Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built-up section, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting & fixing in position of various size and other structural steel sections confirming to IS : 2062 including straightening, cutting, fabricating,welding,bending to shape,bolting,fixing in position, welding to other M.S.structure item or insert plate embedded in wall/concrete at site and finished the surface neat after grouting . Rate shall include for painting with two coats 50 micron DFT for each coat of epoxy coating over a coat of 50 micron DFT for Zinc chromate primer etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

WALL PANEL Providing and fixing of insulated continuous process sheet (wall panel) having thickness 50mm PUF GPSP of approved make with galvanization in between 340-425 GSM duly pre-coated in interpon ackzonoble pure polyster of exterior grade (RAL-9002) coating with a Zinc coating of minimum 120GSM as per IS: 277/1992, 5-7 microns of epoxy primer on both sides of the sheet & polyster top coat of 18-20 microns on one side/outer side. Thickness in between 60-80 microns with FR grade PUF density 44 kg/cu.m. +3% in metallic unique tongue and groove joint system, cut to size with no loading of wastage with additional 90 bends in male ^ female groove to have proper sealing, strength & air tight joints panel to panel, CFC free & ozone friendly. (Pentane Based) including top/bottom u channels and inner flashing. At top (0.50mm) & flat ribbed sheet at bottom side (0.50m).

RIDGE TOP SHEET Providing and fixing top ridge 300 to 600mm wide suitable to site condition on top. G.I. Precoated roofing sheets of approved make. Sheet thickness 0.40mm approximately. Colour matching to the roofing PUF sheets with necessary screws / washers / fixtures etc.similar to mentioned in sl.no. 2. Silicon sealent shall be filled between the gaps of roofing sheets and ridge sheet. The gap between corrugations and the top of the sheet shall be covered with profile filler of thickness 20 to 40mm approximately suitable to site condition. The GAP between bottom ridge and top ridge shall be filled with PUF of appropriate volume.

RIDGE BOTTOM SHEET Providing and fixing bottom ridge 300 to 600mm wide suitable to site condition at bottom, G.I.Precoated roofing sheets of approved make. Sheet thickness 0.40mm approximately. Colour matching to the roofing PUF sheets with necessary screws/washers/fixtures etc. similar to mentioned in sl.no.2. It shall be screwed /fixed to with the PUF sheet on one side. The other side shall be placed/inserted into the purlin to the maximum possible extent.

PROFILE CUT END CAP Providing and fixing profile end cap suitable size to cover PUF roofing sheet front elevations. G.I. precoated roofing sheets of approved make. Sheet thickness 0.40mm. Colour matching to the roofing PUF sheets with necessary screws/ washers/fixtures etc., similar to mentioned in sl.no. 2. Silicon sealent shall be filled between the gaps of roofing sheets and end cap.

G.I.RAIN WATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM Providing and fixing of G.I. water drainage having size 150 x 150 x 150 finished with PVC (100mm) affixed with clamps and required fixtures /accessories. The quoting price should be inclusive of all types of taxes & duties, packing, forwarding, loading, unloading etc. as directed by Engineer in charge.

FALSE CEILING Providing and fixing Ceiling tiles with 4mm ACP sheet (Approved colour) tiles of size 600 x 600mm in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 90gsm) consisting of Main “Tee” size 15 x 32 x 3600mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet spaced at 1200mm center to center and Cross “Tee” size 15 x32 x 1200mm made of 0.30mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be interlocked between the Main T runners at the distance of 600mm center to center to create 1200 x 600mm module. Cross “Tee” size 15 x 32 x 600mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200 x 600mm module to form grids of 600 x 600mm to lay 15mm thick minerals fibre false ceiling tiles in VT-15 edges of approved texture in the grid including wherever required,cutting/ making, opening for services like diffuser, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc.

Perimeter trim to be L shaped angle of size 20 x 14 x 3000mm, in 0.43 thickness of G.I.Sheet, screwed to wall at 450mm maximum centers. Main “Tees” to be suspended from ceiling using G.I.slotted cleats fixed to ceiling with 6mm dia and 50mm long dash fasterners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized level clips spaced at 1200mm center to center along Main Tee, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyster paint, on the visible side in white colour similar to RAL 9010. The tiles are asbestos and formaldehyde free, all complete at all heights as per specifications drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Windows & Vent Providing and fixing extruded alminium window & vent having extruded aluminium approved colour powder coated (of PU 0.8 to 1micron) section frame built up standard tubular and other section of approved make confirming to IS 733 and IS 1285, Three / two track member size with sliding shutters of horizontal member, vertical member confirming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with bawl plug and screws or fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners neoprene felt, glass of approved make etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, angles,aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, CP brass/stainless steel scews, stoppers, floor hinge,SS hinges, aldrop, locking system,floor springs,pivot and fixtures and transparent silicon sealent glass fixing to frame as per details all complete as per architectural drawings and the direction of Engineer in charge. Rate inclusive all type of aluminium sections for windows and vents with 5/8/12mm thick tinted glass as per details Architectural drawing.

Sun Control Film Providing and applying in position UV Protected glass film of approved make and shade with required frosting pattern on the glass surface. The quoting price should be inclusive of all types of taxes & duties ,packing, forwarding, loading, unloading, installaion. As per detail drawing & choice of users department and Concern officers in charge as directed by the engineer in charge.

FROSTED FILM Providing and applying non-reflective matte, frosted, scratch resistent, high performance resin coated polyster film with required frosting pattern on the glass surface. The quoting price should be inclusive of all types of taxes & duties ,packing, forwarding, loading, unloading, installation. As per detail drawing & choice of users department and Concern officers in charge as directed by the engineer in charge.

ROLLER BLINDS Providing and fixing roller blinds of the following specifications: The drive unit shall be made up of moulded plastic with steel spring support & inserted into the tube and it shall be driven by a ball chain pulley with ball chain and can be positioned at right side or left side of the shade. The shade when lowering and rising, shall be automatically locked in position upon release of the ball chain by means of a buildup in friction lock. The end plug shall be moulded of plastic with a steel location pin. The plug shall be inserted into the tube end. (Opposite to the driver unit) the support brackets shall be of coated steel & provided with covers and used in right hand positions deffirentiated by the acceptance of the rectangular drive unit support or round ldler plug pin. The roller tube shall be of extruded aluminimum with 38MM internal diameter & skin thickness of 1MM & shall incorporate a key way integral with the tube to accommodate the spline. The outside diameter shall be 40MM,the bottom rail shall be stiffening inserted into bottom rod pocket. The material may be timber, PVC Covered steel tube or VB bottomrail.

ALUMINIUM PARTITION Providing and fixing aluminium work (Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. With float glass panes of 8 mm thickness (weight not less than 20 kg/sqm)with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

TOILET CUBICALS Providing & fixing toilet cubicle (of following standard dimension which includes 600mm door size width)made of heat, bacteria, water, chemical, scratch, impact and anti bacterial resistant 12mm thick solid compact laminate panels tested by Standard certified agency. Finish of the compact laminate should be suede/*raw silk, which includes doors, pilasters & intermediate panels finished with approved texture/shade as per IS 2046 (Indian Standard) and as per fire retardant BS-476/97 standard. The product should have green guard certificate. This also includes providing & fixing in position necessary hardware made out of stainless steel (Grade 304) as per manufacturer's specifications & architects instruction like (1) door knob (2) gravity hinges (3) thumb turn lockset indicators (4) Coat hooks (5) U-Channels (6) SS shoe box plate (7) MS Base Plate (8) Top rail with corner conntectors (9) Rubber noise deafening tape (10) Screw & wall plugs. The top fitting should consist of SS round top rail which will get fixed with pilasters, with SS panel tube holder, SS corner bend (Connected with top rail) will be used on the corner of cubicle in absence of brick wall, SS wall fixing is used only on the wall which wll hold the SS top rail.

All screws will be of 305 grade stainless steel with stain finish. All pilasters are supported by stainless steel bottom cladding. The base of the stainless steel bottom cladding will be anchored to the floor with a clearance height upto 110mm. URINAL DIVISION Providing & fixing/installation of 12mm toughened glass urinal division, having size of 1200 x 600 mm, installed with S.S 304 grade fixtures. As directed by Engineer in charge.

COAT HOOK Providing and fixing stainless steel coat hook of approved make and approved finish. Item to include all fixing accessories, installed complete, as directed by Engineer in charge.

PLUMBING WORK Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (i) 15 mm nominal dia Pipes

(ii) 25 mm nominal dia Pipes

ELECTRIFICATION ( EARTHING) Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long with charcoal / coke and salt as required.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER (FOAM TYPE) Providing and fixing of FIRE EXTINGUISHER, Mechanical Foam Type 9 ltr IS: 15683 Stored Pressure type complete with all accessories as per Manufactures Specification. ISI Mark of approved make complete in all respect. Note :- The Successful tenderer shall obtain N.O.C. from the concerned Fire Officer, in regard to fire fighting system. Approved Make .

Construction of Car Port Plot Cleaning Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank, vegetation, grass ,brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

EXCAVATION Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 Sq.m on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m as directed by EIC.

P.C.C. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- all work up to plinth level 1:4:8 etc.

CEMENT CONCRETE Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work, using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources and using recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) as coarse aggregate and fine aggregate within the permissible utilization , potland pozzolana / ordinary Portland/Portland slag cement, admixtures in recommended properties as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete to improve durability and workability without impairing strength including pumping of concrete to site of laying,curing,carriage for all leads, but excluding the cost of centering,shuttering and finishing as per direction of the Engineer in charge for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement contenet in design mix shall be payable separately . In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement concrete, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220Kg/cu.m.

Structural Steel FABRICATION WORK Fabrication work : Structural steel, designing, supplying and fixing custom designed CRC steel frame super structure manufactured out of (Size & thickness mentioned as per detail drawing) using CRC box pipes wherever required including hardware like hinges, nuts, bolts, washers etc. Structure, safety gate/grills etc. with fixing and installation in position structural steel items viz. structure, vertical column support, trusses,clamps,brackets, safety grills for door & windows and all miscellaneous steel works as detailed and as directed by EIC at all levels the structure should be supplied in the panelized conditions. Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built-up section, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting & fixing in position of various size and other structural steel sections confirming to IS : 2062 including straightening, cutting, fabricating,welding,bending to shape,bolting,fixing in position, welding to other M.S.structure item or insert plate embedded in wall/concrete at site and finished the surface neat after grouting . Rate shall include for painting with two coats 50 micron DFT for each coat of epoxy coating over a coat of 50 micron DFT for Zinc chromate primer etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

FOUNDATION/ANCHORE, BOLT,W/NUT & WASHER “FOUNDATION BOLT” Supplying, installing & fixing foundation bolt/anchor bolts with nuts and washers in concrete foundation providing auxiliary dummy structures, if any necessary tying and binding with contractor’s own 16 SWG black soft annealed binding wire, welding to reinforcement, adjustment of shuttering, greasing exposed metal surfaces and covering with jute cloth etc. complete, as directed by EIC.

PROFILE CUT END CAP Providing and fixing profile end cap suitable size to cover PUF roofing sheet front elevations. G.I. precoated roofing sheets of JINDAL/SAIL/TATA/ESSAR/ISPAT or equivalent make. Sheet thickness 0.40mm. Colour matching to the roofing PUF sheets with necessary screws/ washers/fixtures etc., similar to mentioned in sl.no. 2. Silicon sealent shall be filled between the gaps of roofing sheets and end cap.

TMT STEEL ,SUPPLY,REINFORCEMENT STEEL Supplying and placing in position high strength deformed TMT steel bars reinforcement ( confirming to IS: 1786, grades Fe 500/500 D) of TATA or equivalent make (as approved by EIC) for RCC work including transporting, straightening , cleaning, de-coiling, cutting and binding to required shapes and length as per details, binding with contractors own 16 SWG black soft annealed binding wire at every intersection, supplying and placing with proper cover blocks,supports,chairs, overlaps,welding,spacers,fan hooks etc. for all heights and depths etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge. PAVER (60mm THICK) Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks (60mm thick cement concrete paver block) of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern. in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. Complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

KERB STONE Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge)

All the samples of materials which are to be used shall be approved by the department in advance. 3. The contractor shall comply with the provision of the Payment of Wages act 4. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all cost of materials, labour, carriage, taxes, GST, labourcess, water charges, elctricity charges, signorage charges, wastages etc.. 5. Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO and ESIC contributions. EPFO and ESIC contributions are reimbursable on production of valid proof of payment made by the contractor as per CPWD norms.
