R.C.C work in 1:1½:3 cement approved coarse sand and 20 mm gauge granite stone gritt for plinth beam excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. also including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .Binding wire cost being included in the item.

M 150 brick work in 1:6 cement and Coarse sand of mortor in foundation in one brick thick wall including supply of all materials , labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying damp proof course 2.5 cm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 10 mm ) and curing complete

M 150 brick work in 1:6 cement and Coarse sand of mortor in s/s in one brick thick wall including supply of all materials , labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete wrought to required same as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work.

Earth filling in plinth including ramming dressing and extra cortage from 2 km leaddistance complete work at site.
