Complete removal of existing vinyl flooring, of any thickness, laid with glue/adhesive alike substance, on the skirting and floor followed by scrapping of patches or remains of glue/adhesive alike substance from the skirting and floor including manual/mechanical cleaning all complete as per directions of Engineer-in Charge.
Providing and applying anti microbial epoxy PU flooring of thickness not less than 3 mm, in required colour, patterns etc. having anti skid properties, corners should be uniformly curved, final surface should be non corrosive to biological fluids, detergents etc. all complete as per the instructions of Engineer In charge. The execution of item shall involve activities of cleaning the surface, grinding of the cleaned surface by manual or mechanical means, applying PU flooring primer on the complete surface followed by screed activity to level the complete surface and then followed by applying PU Topcoat. The items to be used shall be of make BASF/ENDURA failing which the make approved by Engineer-in Charge shall be used. The work is to be executed and completed all as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in Charge.
