Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified and direcetd.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread, levelled and rammed in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and direcetd.

M&L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete to be laid in required slope complete all as specified and direcetd.

S&F providing and laying 80mm thick rubber moulded factory made chamfered edge cement concrete glossy finish paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine river sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer and filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20-25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:4 all as specified and directed

M&L for providing and laying at near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly unplasterd concrete surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (approved color and pattern), not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed

M&L providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm gradded stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including neccessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface hard or dence soil complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in post hole complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy brackets framing(Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats, etc. Gde Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (AZ 150) of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and bitumen washer complete all as specified and directed

All item as per item Ser No. 12.00 here-In before but plain sheet of 0.50 mm thick in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing complete all as specified and directed

S &F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil material exc. 0.50 km but n exc. 1.0 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed
