Grouting of ST pole 11 Mtr. long with cement, sand and brick bllast ratio 1:4:8 size 0.45x 0.45x 1.5 mtr deep under the ground as per drawing No. RES-6. Cement, sand, brick, ballast shall be provided by the contractor.

Digging of pits of size 0.60x 0.60x1.2 mtr and grouting the stay rod anchor plates 0.45x 0.45x 0.45 mtr with cement, Ganga sand and brick ballast ratio 1:4:8 as per drawing No. RES-16. Cement, sand, brick, ballast shall be provided by the contractor.

Complete fitting of stay rod and fastening stay wire including fitting of stay clamp, turn buckle, and making ring of stay wire on both ends in seven strands 9” to 12” long. all material provided by the contractor.

Earthing of single STP pole by digging 1.00 mtr deep pit and driving the electrodes of MS earth rod and connecting all the metallic parts of poles with earthing rod by G.I. wire and filling pits with soil after completion of earthing.earth wire/all materials shall be provided by the Contractor

Laying of A.C.S.R. Dog conductor with the help of aluminium roller by hanging three nos. on each support in a manner taking sufficient care to ensure safety of A.C.S.R. Dog conductor against rubbing on ground, precaution for safety of crops is also to be taken. The work includes jointing of Conductor by providing jointing sleaves, stringing of conductor upto correct sag and binding of conductor with insulators on each support. All material shall be provided by Contractor such as jointing sleeve binding wire, armour rod etc.

Hanging of 3x300 Sqmm 33 KV XLPE Cable for Loop & Air All Materials Provided by the Contractor.

Laying 3x300 Sqmm 33 KV XLPE Cable for Along the Road & Road Crossing 33 KV XLPE Cable All material shall be provided by Contractor.

Top of plinth is to be C.C. work in the ratio of 1:3:6 fitted with 3 Mtr. long, 90 lbs, 2Nos. rail pieces. Cement mortar is to be used in 1:3 ratio. Cement, concrete material, bricks used in plinth shall be supplied by the contractor. 6” stone grit is to be laid before foundation start for whole plinth. Except rail pieces all material shall be provided by the contractor .

Erection of complete structure and 33 KV Bus Isolator (before and after bus bar as required) in switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work also includes construction of plinth of size 0.45x0.45x1.05 cum (0.3 Mtr. above the ground level and 0.75 Mtr. deep foundation made as per drawing.) with cement,coarse sand and ballast in ratio 1:3:6 and plastaring of plinth with cement & sand in ratio 1:4 including digging of pits & backfilling. All concreting material like cement, ballast, sand labour & T&P etc.shall be provided by the contractor.

Erection of complete structure and 33 KV lightening arrestor in switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work includes erection of 3 Nos.33 KV lightening arrestor, its fitting and mounting with care. Grouting of structure with cement, coarse sand and ballast in ratio 1:3:6, construction of plinth size 0.45x 0.45x1.05 cum. (0.3 Mtr. above the ground level and 0.75 Mtr. deep foundation made as per drawing.) Plastering the plinth with cement mortar with cement and sand in ratio 1:4. All concreting material like cement, ballast, sand labour & T&P etc.shall be provided by the contractor.

Erection of 33 KV post Insulators with complete structure in Switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work includes Installation of 1X3 Nos. 33 KV Post Insulator on structure complete as per schedule, grouting of Structure with Ist class brick ballast in the ratio of 1:3:6, plastering in the ratio of 1:3 on plinth size 0.45x0.45x1.05 Cum. (0.3 Mtr. above the ground level and 0.75 Mtr. deep foundation made as per drawing.) The work is to be done strictly as per RESPO drawing. All the material like post Insulator cap, Cement, concrete material used for above work will be provided by the Contractor.

Erection of complete 33 KV VCB with structure 0.7x0.7x1.05 cum. (0.3 Mtr. above the ground level and 0.75 Mtr. deep foundation or made as per requirement.) in switchyard and grouting of VCB structure by cement, sand, brick ballast mortar in ratio 1:3:4. Work includes complete fitting of VCB on structure carefully with making all connections of control cable for operating the VCB . All other item like cement, concrete material, T&P shall be provided by the contractor.

Erection of complete 33 KV C.T (03 NO) with structure (0.45x0.45x1.05) cum. (0.3 Mtr. above the ground level and 0.75 Mtr. deep foundation made as per drawing.) in switchyard and grouting of C.T. structure by cement, sand, brick ballast mortar in ratio 1:3:4. Work includes complete fitting of C.T. on structure carefully with making all connections of control cable . All other item like cement, concrete material, T&P shall be provided by the contractor.

Installation of 33 KV single transformer control pannel, 1 No. Incoming and 2 No. Outgoing in the switchgear room and grouting the pannel by rag bolt using cement, sand mortar in ratio 1:3. Work includs fitting of all accessories in all respect with complete connection of control cable with pannel. All material will be provided by the Contractor except VCB and CRP.

Construction of cable trenchs with top cover and laying of control cable for VCB, C.T. & T/F Control Pannel etc. as per direction of engineer. trenchs to be 12” wide and 9” deep. work includes digging, of trench, concreting of the foundation in the ratio 1:3:6 R.B. wall 9” wide with cement mortar 1:4 and plastering inside the trench in the ratio 1:3 and sand filling in the trench. All material will be provided by the contractor.

Earthing of all Structures (as LA. CT, VCB, Isolator, etc.) erected in the yard with 35x6 mm. G.I. strip fully welded at both ends and to be connected with earthmat, .

Earthing of 11 KV indoor equipments, switchgears as per RESSPO Drawing. with G.I. Strip of Size 35x6 mm. G.I. strip fully welded at both ends and to be connected with earthmat,

Earthing of T/F neutral with G.I Pipe (Specification - 2" dia 60 feet depth) Up to wet earth, making delta with space of 02 feet and connecting it with 50x6 mm. G.I. strip to T/F neutral giving half round turn at the T/F.

Two Separate body Earthing of T/F with G.I Pipe (Specification - 2" dia 60 fit depth) Up to wet earth and connecting it with 50x6 mm. GI strip.

Erection of DP with PCC pole 8.5 mtr long with all accessaries and Grouting of the PCC Pole with cement, sand and brick ballast ratio 1:4:8 size 0.45x 0.45x 1.5 mtr deep under the ground as per drawing No. RES-6.(Cement, sand, brick, ballast shall be provided by the contractor.)

Laying and stringing of ACSR Dog conductor from bus to bar L.A, VCB, C.T., Post insulator and 33/11 KV T/F, Isolator etc. properly with jumpering with P.G. Clamp, . PG Clamp shall be provided by the contractor except ACSR Dog conductor.

Painting of all structure and equipment inside the switch yard with two coats of red oxide primer and thereafter two coats of aluminium paint, giving silver white finish, painting is to be done after proper cleaning of the structures. paint, primer, thinner etc. required shall be provided by the contractor himself.

Installation of 24 Volt Battery and Battery Charger with cabinet in the switch gear room, by grouting base channel 100 x 50 x 6 x 1000mm. Fixing of rag bolt.

Laying of 11 KV 3x300/3x185/ 3x120 Sqmm. XLPE cable by digging 0.75 Mtr. deep trench, putting layer of sand in the bottom, ramming it, laying of cable over it RMT and covering the cable from sides and top by laying bricks, finally covering the same by earth and levelling of the same, all the materials, except cable, will be pvovided by the contractor.

Fixing and termination of Outdoor/ Indoor Heat shrinkable Cable boxes of size 3 x300/3x185/3x120 sqmm. XLPE cable. Boxes will be supplied by the Contractor
