Cost of excavation of 220KV narrow base D/C Type tower foundation pits including all earth work, back filling and leveling etc. the excavation has to be done manually. The work includes cutting of trees if involve.

Carriage of new material such as conductor, hardware, tower parts etc. from store to site.

Setting of stub including all foundation work but excluding the cost of excavation and concreting of 220KV NB D/C towers.

Cost of concreting for all types 220KV D/C narrow base D/C tower foundation including cost of OPC cement, sand, stone ballast dewatering shuttering, forming and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars with mix concrete as per approved specification.

Cost of installation of Reinforced steel bars in RCC for all types of 220KV Narrow Base D/C tower.

Erection of 220KV Narrow Base D/C towers including all related accessories. (Note: separate erection gang with adequate No. of expert gang members in each gang will have to be provided to work together at each tower location to shorten shut down time )

Tack welding up to IInd section of Narrow Base D/C tower.

Laying stringing tensioning clamping jointing etc. complete with ACSR zebra conductor for D/C line (all 06 conductor) including hosting of insulators, fitting of all required hardware & accessories etc.

Laying stringing, tensioning, clamping jointing etc. complete with OPGW.

Splicing & installation of joint box (24 fibre)

Tower earthling work including Earth work for location.

Destringing of OPGW including all accessories.

Dismantling of old 220KV towers.(Note: the tower parts will have to be dismantled with utmost care so that these tower parts are not damaged and can be reused)

Dismantling of ACSR deer conductor of both circuits including fittings. Armour rod , vibration damper insulator string etc. and attending blockage of NH for destringing with extra man power.

Safe loading, transportation and unloading and stacking of dismantled tower structure, conductor & OPGW etc. from workplace to Naubasta store. (distance- 01Km)

Providing barricades & caution board for avoiding any accident during excavation of soils.

Hot line stringing between the new towers crossing of the National highway(NH-86/NH-34) includes laying, tensioning, stringing, clamping, jointing etc. complete with ACSR Zebra of all Phases of both circuits including hoisting of insulator fittings of all necessary hardware and accessories etc.(Note: No traffic block of NH will be arranged to complete the work)
