S&F Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 450 x 300 mm x 6 to 7mm thick, in skirting /dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm rendering in Cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Oil bound distemper with a coat of primer to old wall surfaces of walls and cornices all as specified and directed

M&L for 1 mm thick wall care putty including even and smooth surface after complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge .

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without extra cement all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of Oil bound distemper to newly plastered/ previously untreated wall over a coat of 1 mm layer wall care putty over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered wall all as specefied and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type & shade) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete over 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.
