Supply of spare items for existing Allen Bradley make DCS

Bidder should have experience in supply of DCS/PLC related automation components with minimum total supply value should be 80%, 40% and 30% of the value Rs.50.00 lakhs for Manufacturer, MSME and Authorized Dealers/System Integrators respectively in any one of the last 3 years. Note: All bidders must enclose relevant supporting documents, such as Purchase Order copies, as proof of compliance with the above criteria.

The bidder shall be Manufacturer/Authorized dealer /Authorised channel partner/Authorised system integrator for the offered items. Relevant Document to be enclosed.

Product Warranty: The supplied items should have minimum warranty 12 months from the date of installation or 18 months from date of supply whichever is earlier and it should be clearly mentioned in the bid documents.

Financial Capability a) The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should not be less than Rs. 50.00 Lakhs, during the last three preceding financial years, namely: FY 2022-23 FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25 b) In case of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the required average annual financial turnover should not be less than Rs. 25.00 Lakhs, during the last two preceding financial years: FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. The bidders should furnish Annual Turnover Certificate/Profit & Loss statement & Balance sheet duly certified by a chartered accountant.
