Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherewise specifically provided including removal of old treatment of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding (level course) on roof surface averaging 40mm thick etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacture's instructions as in roof and chajjas, finished the surface fair and even with out using extra cement.(Note : Supply of water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately .)

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for priming plastered roof surfaces with bituminous primer @ 0.3 Kg/Sqm as per IS 3384 and providing water proffing treatment by applying 3mm thick membrane not less than 3.5 Kgs/Sqm Actatic Polyprofhylene (Advanced APP membrane finish) having polyster film reinforcement stablised with fibre glass and finished on top apply hot bitumen 1.2 kg/sqm over one coat of solar reflective bituminous base aluminium paint @ 0.1 kg / sqm complete all as directed and as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Dismantling of asbestos cement/galvanium sheet (corrugated or semi corrugated) sheets in roof covering.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge

M&L pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S&F MS rolled section angle/square conduit/flat iron of any size as in purlins, Column, rafter, windtie connected to common rafters fixed with angle cleats with necessary bolts & nuts and other connecting materials required to connect complete all as directed.

M&L Preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolation of Brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks built in CM 1:6 straight or curved exceeding 6m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry wall/celing etc incl racking out joints haking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in two layers (10mm dubbing coat and 5mm thick finishing coat with chicken wiremesh )in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masonry wall etc incl racking out joints haking for key, scrubbing down with water etc NOTE : (Chicken wiremesh will be measured and piad seperately)

S & F Chicken Wiremesh netting 25 gauge, 20mm mesh of the wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling,chajja,roof projection etc finished fair and even without using extra cement.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall applying two coats of OBD over one coat of primer incl 2mm thick birla white putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs /blankets any thickness, including cover fillets.

S&F 12.5 mm thick gypsum board seamless false ceiling fixed with standard GI section such as channels, angles the grid suspended with GI suspender and cleat from soffit of slab with expension fasteners. Gypsum board shall be fixed with screwe to the ceiling section/grid. The board shall be 12.5mm thick and the soffit of board shall be finished with gypsum plaster and levelled to give flush look as per manufactcurer's instructions incl necessary cutting for light fitting and AC and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
