Minimum five years (up to FY 2024-25) experience in deploying Manpower personnel to State Government Departments, State Government Undertakings. Certificates by competent authorities should be uploaded on the e-procurement portal in support of meeting this requirement

The tenders should have executed at least two service contracts (copy of contract or certificate from concernedorganization/institute may be furnished and uploaded)during the last five years i.e.2021-22 to 2025-26 to similar organizations as detailed in (a) above Certificates by competent authorities should be uploaded on the e-procurement portal in support of meeting this requirement

Tenderer has to submit the Returns of ESI, PF and GST / Service Tax, Professional Tax in the recent past three years without fail

The tenderer has to submit Latest valid Form-C issued by the labor department with at least 10times of the tender manpower as the staff working in his/her organization.

The tenderer has to submit Last Three years paid receipts of labour welfare fund paid to the welfare commissioner Karnataka labour welfare board (FORM-D) to be submitted.

The tenderer should comply with the minimum wages as per the zones specified by Department of Labour.

The Tenderer must have been ISO 9001-2015, ISO 27001-2013 & ISO 20000-1&2018 certified for providing Manpower services.

The Tenderer should have paid ESI & EPF Payment within the Stipulated Due time. Tenderer Should provide ESI & EPF Payment Challans from April-2022 to June -2026

The Tenderer must have made profit during the past 3 Financial Years. Supporting financial of the organization should be uploaded on the e-procurement portal

Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account of the Tenderer for the three years (2022-23, 2022-23& 2024-25) duly certified by a Chartered Accountant

Annual Turnover Statement for the three financial years (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26) should not be under Rs.15 Lakh and should be duly certified by Chartered Accountant
