Dismantling of brick tiles single layer laid on roof jointed & pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demoletion/taking out mud from the roofs,any thickness,including plastering and leaping etc including removing rubbish upto 500 mtr from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions over the padding concrete while still the concrete is still green,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to roof surface including parapet wall comprising with the follwing course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top :- (a) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr per sqm including preparation of roof surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric(wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by torched application . Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm(minimum) and then inserted inside groove of parapet walls and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note : (i) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap shall be 75 mm length wise and 100 mm width wise of polymeric membranes respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturer's instructions. (iii) The whole works shall be executed by the authorised company applicator.

Material and labour for two coats of aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25 cm x 22mm thick , machine pressed,set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in neat cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Racking out of cement joints/pointing of bricks work or brick tiles laid flat in floor surface , channels, roof etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for flush pointing to brick tiles/terrrcaing tiles laid flat on roofs in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demoletion of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches,pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item No 11 above but using old bricks retrieved from dismantling under ser Item No 10 above including cleaning and removal of mortar from old bricks etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls of any description including racking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demoletion of un reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, bed block, back filling in chowkhats, benching etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demoletion of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor topping , for tank stage, 40 mm thick, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for hard core of broken bricks, broken to gauge n exc 63 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up or down existing steel water tubing,15 mm bore alongwith connections fixed/laid in any situation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item No 21 above but 20 mm bore tubing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for GI steel water tubing,15mm bore medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item No 23 above but 20 mm bore tubing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only, after cleaning old steel water , 15 mm bore and connections in new or old position using new fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (serviceable pipes obtained from item No -21 above to be reused)

Ditto all as per item No 25 above but 20 mm bore tubing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (serviceable pipes obtained from item No -22 above to be reused)

Supply and fixing in repair gun metal gate valve of 20 mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair gun metal gate valve of 15 mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 500 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing 500 ltr capacity,setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, from mouths of circulating pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing 1000 ltr capacity,setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, from mouths of circulating pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 20 mm bore ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium ros & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes(any size or patteren) including all fittings heads shoes bends swan-necks etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 110mm dia PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Ditto all as per item No 35 above but except pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 110 mm dia PVC(SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 110 mm dia junction single (single or double T) equal or unequal complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
