Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removed debris outside MD land.

M& L for Providing precast cement concrete in landings, cover slabs (for Drain etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and setting in mortar complete with joints to match with Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate)

M&L TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position and disposed off to a distance exc. 500 mtrs and not exc.1.50 km all as directed by EIC.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, surface drain, wall, mass concrete and retaining wall etc complete all as specified & directed.

Demolation of brick or stone/ boulder built in cement mortar.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete

M&L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour walling of random rubble masonry uncoursed, Secunderabad type well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete.

All as per item above but except stones (serviceable stone obtained from dismantling shall be made use of under this item).

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in channel and drain all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as directed and removed debris ouside MD land.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 , finished even and smooth without using extra cement

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (40 mm graded agg) as in path, Hardstanding, plinth protection and similar work complete all as directed.

M&L sand filling under floors of interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation

M&L machine pressed precast concrete with grey cement and pigment interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658- 2006 of 60 mm thickness M 35 grade with gray cement all as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying of floor finish.

M&L Colour Chequired cement concrete tiles 300 cm x 300 cm x 25 mm thick with grey pigment cement and pigmenst set ionted and pointed in neat cement slurry colour to match in floors .

M & L 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing finishing the surface even and smooth

Forming construction (dummy) joints 65 mmx10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Removing excavated material/soils / Debris to a distance exc. 500 mtrs and not exc.1500 mtrs, depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Dismandling of RCC fencing post in any section including taking out embedded portion.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E 250) Quality A or Fe-290 (Gde E-165)

M&L for MS screw bolts (machine made)5to 10mm dia with hexangonal or squre head at one end screwd other or screwd end fitted with wishers and one hexogonal or square nut exc 5cm long all as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type n.exc 4 kg/sqm

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire

M&L Surfaces of any descri-ption, n. exc 10cm in width or girth and preparation of new untreated steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide zinc chrome all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm barbs at 100mm spacing all as specified fixed in repair.

S&F in repairs Concertina coils super barbed bladed profile of dia 600 mm of and wt of coil for 50 spiral turns shall not be less than 9.0 kg and one coil (50 spiral) shall not be stretched to more than 6.0 mt. blade shall be 0.50mm th galvanised steel strip and 2.5mm dia core wire fixed to angle iron brackets or masonry surfaces with necessary accessories like straining wires, fixing clips etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Fixing in repairs of existing concertina coil fixed to angle iron brackets or masonry surfaces with necessary accessories like straining wires, fixing clips etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

S & F Mild steel work in hand rails, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing screwed or welded to shape as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165

Fixing only of Mild steel work in framed work such as grills, gratings,framed guard bars, ladders etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work confiRming to Fe 290 Gde E-165
