Repair/Renovation of LT panel Dismantling of components from LT panel removing of defective parts & wiring i/c bus bar and dismantling of all incoming & outgoing connection etc.

MCCB 100Amp. TP 36 KA with spreader terminal & Handle Make: Siemens/L&T/C&S/ DJB approved make.

Servicing of panel including complete dusting of all components, cleaning of contact point with CRC solution, decarbonising of various joints, tightening of all nut bolts, repairing/alignment of doors to prevent ingress of moisture and vermin’s and touching of rusted parts of the panels, including cleaning of complete bus bar of panel insulation on bus bar by PVC sleeve or tape Black, Red, Yellow & blue, as required at site.

Fixing of all above components in place of defective removed components as required complete bus bar with control wiring with all incoming & out going cable connection by the expert engineer.

Cleaning & Painting of Synthetic Enamel Light Grey Paint on complete of L.T. panel with spray machine.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.DSR 2022, Item No 5.2.

Testing & Commissioning of the panel as follow: Meggering of all equipment’s for phase to phase, Phase to neutral and phase to earth. - All functional tests - Testing of the panel at site ON LOAD in presence of engineer in charge.

Improvement/Renovation of APFC panel. Dismantling of defective component of APFC panels such as capacitors, relays, lights, contactors including dismantling of incoming and outgoing connection etc. as required at site

Supply of Super Heavy duty Round type capacitors of various capacities rated at 440V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC , complete with terminal cover and discharge device. Make: Standard/ L&T/Schneider/Havells/DJB approved make.

Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable capacity by electrical interconnection with multi-strand copper wires/Al. bus bars using necessary mountings and hardware, etc. as required at site.

Supply of triple pole capacitor duty contactors to replace defective contactors in APFC panel, suitable for MOC 5 KVAr capacitors , make L&T/Schneider/Havells/DJB approved make.

Supply of triple pole MCB up to 32A to replace defective MCB in the capacitor panel- make L&T/Schneider/Havells/DJB approved make.

Supply of triple pole MCB up to 16A to replace defective MCB in the capacitor panel- make L&T/Schneider/Havells/DJB approved make.

Power wiring of contactor with multi-strand copper wire and lugs etc. As required at site.

Supply of triple pole MCB up to 100 A to replace defective MCB in the capacitor panel- make L&T/Schneider/Havells/DJB approved make.

Supply of microprocessor based APFC relay 8 step with digital display of power factor and other parameters for sensing power factor and giving phased impulses to contactor coils for switching ON-OFF required no. of capacitors on receiving signals from Control CT in the main line- make Standard/L&T/Schneider/Havells and DJB approved make.

Control wiring of APFC Relay with multi-strand copper wire including lugs tape etc. As required at site.

Servicing of panels including complete dusting of all components, cleaning of contact point with CTC solution, decarbonising of various joints , tightening of all nut bolts , sleeving of live parts alignment of doors to prevent ingress of moisture and vermin’s and touching of rusted parts of the panels etc. As required at site.

Installation of all above components in the existing capacitor banks with suitable fabrication work to accommodate new items in the existing enclosure / structure for alignment of components and ease of termination complete with hardware on the mounting structure and termination of existing cables with lugs, tapes etc. complete with earthling of the capacitor banks , touching the rusted parts of the structure with paint for protection from moisture etc. as required at site.

Cleaning & Painting of Synthetic Enamel Light Grey Paint on complete of APFC panel with spray machine.

Testing & commissioning of APFC panel bank as per required parameters including following in presence of engineer in charge : i. Meggering of all equipment’s for phase to phase, Phase to neutral and phase to earth. ii. Programming of APFC relays for target power factor iii. All function tests iv. Monitoring of power factor
