Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and 1.5m deep, as in soft/loose soil for laying pipe lines, including getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, as in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, cast iron sluice valve for 200mm dia bore pipe, with flanged and drilled ends, any pattern, heavy duty, class PN 1.6, ISI marked & of specified make, Cast iron wheel, including joints and jointing materials as rubber washers/gaskets, bolts and nuts, etc, als complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, in replacement cast iron sluice valve for 100mm dia bore pipe, with flanged and drilled ends, any pattern, heavy duty, class PN 1.6, ISI marked & of specified make, Cast iron wheel, including joints and jointing materials as rubber washers/gaskets, bolts and nuts, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Realease Valves with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 150 mm dia bore and fixing up in Cast Iron Water supply mains of size 150 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, Gun Metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for 25mm dia bore pipe, including taking down old and removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit complete including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified with internal dimension 120 x 120 x 90 cm (type 'B') including MS sheet cover 3mm thick welded with hinges on angle iron frame 40 x 40 x 6 mm with hold fast grouted in 100 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 coping on top of brick wall including necessary locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping m kneelers, apex stones kerbs etc incl form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair galvanized steel water tubes, 15mm bore, medium grade, with all standard fittings such as bends, elbows, tees etc, concealed/on surface, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cutting chases as required shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in repair 20 mm bore Gun metal, globe or gate valve,with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 20 mm ball valves (Minimum weight 210 gms) high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, staging etc and removal of rubbish outside MOD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brickwork with using subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for ductile iron fittings, suitable for DI pipe upto 200mm bore, bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers and type (straight, bend, increasing and decreasing or double socketed etc), Tee Piece (single and double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight cutting pieces 'Y' junction, double branch piece, cross piece (all sockets or socket and spigot or flanged) collars tail pieces caps and plugs etc IS 1538 marked including complete connections complete all as specified and directed

Over head tank waterproofing

Injection Treatment: Providing and fixing PVC grouting nozzles of 130mm length & 10mm outer dia, with a stopper at the outer end, shall be fixed on the concrete surface @ 1m C/C or at the particular location of water leakage, by drilling a hole of same dia and inserting up to a depth of 80mm. Cement paste mixed with Dr. Fixit Instant leak Plug or equivalent from E-in-Chief;s approved list of makes shall be used to fix and seal the sides of the nozzle. The Grout shall be prepared with mix of cement & Dr. Fixit Pidicrete AM expansive grouting additive in W/C ratio not more than 0.45. The grouting shall be done under pressure of 3 kg / cm2 using grouting pump. All the honeycombed areas & construction joints shall be identified and injected with cement slurry admixed with expansive additive, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete or equivalent from E-in-Chief;s approved list of makes AM @ 225gms / bag of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Waterproof Coating: Providing & Applying 2 coats of CFTRI approved, waterproof coating with high performance two component pre-packed cementitious waterproofing, Dr. Fixit Fastflex or equivalent from E-in-Chief;s approved list of makes, with a mix ratio of (liquid: Powder), parts by wt. - 1:1.4 @ 0.42 - 0.50 Sq.mt / Kg to achieve 1mm DFT over the floor surface & wall surface upto full height, as per the manufacturer's specification. All the coats to be applied in right angle to each other with an interval of 4-6 Hrs, including proper surface preparation as per manufacturers' specification, cleaning work, removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar using SBR Latex, Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent from E-in-Chief;s approved list of makes. Provide and lay 45 GSM glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet. Allow the coating to air cure for 5 days before conducting water ponding test for 24 Hrs. The coating shall have Elongation at break > 120% as per ASTM D 412, Tensile strength > 1 N / mm2 as per ASTM D 412, Adhesion strength : 0.80 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541, crack bridging upto 2mm as per ASTM C 836, Water penetration (5 bar pressure) : 1% as per BS EN 12390 complete all as specified and directed.

Vertical Protection: Apply a spatter dash bond coat which comprises of Cement: Dr. Fixit URP or equivalent from E-in-Chief's approved list of makes: Silica sand (1:1:1.5) over the cured waterproofing coating and apply the key coat of plaster as wet on wet application. The plaster should be placed approx. 12-15mm thick plaster in two coats over the prepared surface of cement sand mortar admixed with integral waterproofing compound Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ forming to IS 2645:2003 @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directe.

Hygiene coat: Anti-microbial Coating Providing & applying 2 coats of Dr. Fixit Dampguard Classic - two component, water-based epoxy resin having anti-algae, antifungal, Non-toxic, hygiene cum damp-proof coating Certified by CFTRI as per 21 CFR 175 - 300 of US - FDA, having mixing Ratio (Base: Hardener: Water) - 1:1:1 to be applied @4 sqm / Kg, as per manufacturer's specification. The coating shall have Specific Gravity: 1.2, Water vapor permeance: 244.48 g/m2/24 hrs, as per IS 7809/Pt 2/1977, Adhesion strength: 2 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 4541: 02, all as per manufacturers' specification, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Repair work to Over head tank

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in padding, coping, benching, kerb or mud stops etc with and including removal of the same out side of MoD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for Necessary scaffolding to be provided for Over head Tank upto 15 metre height to execute the work shall deemed to inclusive in quoted rate.

Material & labour plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamferred on edge water troughs and like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for Necessary scaffolding to be provided for Over head Tank upto 15 metre height to execute the work shall deemed to inclusive in quoted rate.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc any description, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for Necessary scaffolding to be provided for Over head Tank upto 15 metre height to execute the work shall deemed to inclusive in quoted rate.

Material and labour, 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions on the surface of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately, Rate for Necessary scaffolding to be provided for Over head Tank upto 15 metre height to execute the work shall deemed to inclusive in quoted rate.

Supply only liquid waterproofing compound

Material & Labour for preparing new plastered or unplastered wall surfaces, & applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm with over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate for Necessary scaffolding to be provided for Over head Tank upto 15 metre height to execute the work shall deemed to inclusive in quoted rate.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel section such as angel etc as in stairs upto a height of 15 metre including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc including cleats bracket etc and similar works conforming to Fe290 grade E-165 complete all as specifed and as directed. All al per item No 53 here in above for except Steel complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old steel section obtained from item No 52 above after necessary cutting/welding shall be used. Supply and Fix factory made ISI marked cast iron work grade FE 150 as i manhole cover for overhead tank with frame with proper opening and locking arrangement and fix to the top of overhead tank with necessary fixing arrangement exc 5 kg each complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for Necessary scaffolding to be provided for Over head Tank upto 15 metre height to execute the work shall deemed to inclusive in quoted rate.

Material and labour for Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces, over 10cm width or girth, including preparation ,complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate for Necessary scaffolding to be provided for Over head Tank upto 15 metre height to execute the work shall deemed to inclusive in quoted rate.

Material and labour for Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces, under 10cm width or girth, including preparation ,complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for Necessary scaffolding to be provided for Over head Tank upto 15 metre height to execute the work shall deemed to inclusive in quoted rate.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for Necessary scaffolding to be provided for Over head Tank upto 15 metre height to execute the work shall deemed to inclusive in quoted rate.

Material and Labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
