S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surfacefixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter withbitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats ofapproved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch inhorizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, raftersand trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stoneaggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cementslurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc.complete 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and fixing CIB of approved size by way of making foundation in M10, Brickwork in 1:6 cement mortar including plastering with 1:4 cement mortar, painting and writings as per the directions of engineer incharge including all carriages , supply , complete job.
