Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil , complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400Sqm exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling & consolidating formation surface in cutting/filling incl watering as required filling in hollows and depressions which occurs during the process of rolling using 8 to 12 tonne power roller all as specifed and directed.

M&L soling (or sub base ) 150mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled surface formed and rolled and consolidated with 8 to 10 power rolller to gradient and camber requried all as specified and directed.

M &L for soling ( or sub base ) with broken bolder or querrried stone , spread thickness 100 mm thick , interdiced filled surface formed and rolled with power road roller exc 8 tonne & n. exc 12 tonne and consolidation for a gradient and cambre, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for WBM 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate with lime stones sand stones flint or quartize of grading 2 (63mm to 45mm size) or grading (50 to 20mm size)spread rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

M & L for WBM 150mm thick compacted thickness in two layer (each 75 mm thick layer) with coarse aggregate of grading 2( 63 to 40mm size) or of greading 3 ( 50 to 20 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated with exc 8 tonne & n. exc 12 tonne power roller including watering as required to required gradient and camber required with type of aggregate lime stone, sand stone, fint of quartzite , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of WBM top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bages to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 10kg per 10sqm on WBM surface and preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) binder content @ 4% of total mix(Binder-VG-10) rolled and compacted to required camber and grdient inclucing rolling with 8 to 12 power roller complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense 30mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5%. binder content by weight of total mixspread by meand of self propelled mechanical spread/paver rolled and compacted to required camber and grdient by using Tendem vibratory steel wheel static steel wheel and pheumatic tyre rollers min capacity 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

Material and labour for applying evenly priming /tack coat with paving bitumen at the rate of 5 kgs per ten Sqm on prepared black top surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for repair to potholes any depth not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kgper 10 SQm binded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again will rammed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying 2mm to 2.5mm thick not exc 15 cm wide road marking strips/lines/dashes/arrows/letters(retro-reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermosplatic material by fully/semi automatic chemoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profiles shoes glass beads dispenser propane tank heater and profile shoes driven by expirienced operatorn on road surface including cost of materials labour etc on new/old road surface including cost of materials labour etc on new/old road surface,including T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt seals, oil, grease and foreigh material etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point.

S&F of solar road studs made of aluminium alloy and poly carbonate size 125 x 125 x 25 mm 6 led with stem self illuminating in dim areas during night time , Solar recharageable batteries for continual performance without much maintenance . Super bright led with a viewing distance of 500 mtr . S & F for Cat eye of following specification- Glass beads refelector body material ABS plastic size 117mm x 117mm x 23mm , reflector 19 or 21 biconvex glass element on each side, compressive strength upto 35 tonne , yellow colour body with red reflector and fixing by means of nail and epoxy, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-chare.

S&F of delineators of Size 700mm x 50mm x 100 mm , made of round body fitted with two nos. 100 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made of PMMA and mounted on mild steel pipe of 50 mm duly powder coated , anti rust and anti theft steel net etc including fix in PCC block ( size 30 x30 x 30 cm ) of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete as per Cat Part No DA- 952 GP ABS of Make - Dark eye or equivalent as per appx A of PS, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of road STUD (CAT eyes) of size 100x100x20mm made of polycarbonate with electronically welded prismatic retro- reflective lens panel of approved colour on both side for maximum retro reflection in wet and dry condition non breakable dust proof type fixed with epoxy chemical nails screws and clamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Delinator post plastic bollard H2PB1100 height 1200 weigh 6.5kg base Hexagonal rubber made out of round MS pipe 3" dia and 3' long with seven bands of reflective tape HIP grade Three red(2"x6") and two white5"x6") with one coat steel primer over two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed at site including removal of existing delinator.

S&F Rubber speed breaker yellow and black for traffic safety made of ABS of high resistance to resist severe impacts and harsh weather conditions and highly reflective clearly visible at night of size 500x400x75 mm including dismantling/necessary fixing/ fixtures/fittings arrangements complete all as specified and directed. Model No GP1001 Make:- Dark eye or equivalent as per appx "A" of PS.

S&F refelective convex mirror of dia 1000 mm and mounted over mild steel pipe 40mm bore (med grade) and 2.5mtr long incl 2 coat of synthetic enmal paint over red oxide primer coat, incl excavation of post holes of size 400x400x600 mm depth and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 in foundation, complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of PCC ( unreinforced) of any description & in any position not other wise specifically provided for , Complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fof factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade precast cement concrete stone laid in position to the required line, level and curvature jonted with cement mortor 1:3 incl making the joint with or without grooves incl making drainage opening where ever required complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly cement surfaces over 10 cm width of girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a primer , complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 (Type B-1) 12.5 mm aggregate as in sub base floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10-12mm thick heavy traffic paver tiles 400x400 mm heavy duty of any pattern decided by Engr-in-Charge as in pavings laid over 20mm thick screed bed 1:4 laid and jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.
