Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including all labour, usage charges of all machineries loading, unloading, transportation etc.,complete, with lead, lift and all other incidental charges .I.By Mechanical Means.B.In area of thorny jungle.

Removal of unserviceable soil including excavation, loading and but excluding replacement by suitable soil which shall be paid separately as per clause 305 including all labour, load, unload, usage charges of all machinery etc., complete, with all lead, lift and other incidental charges.

Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechnical means using dozer including cuting and pushing the earth to site of embankment including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance cross sections, including all labour, load, unload, usage charges of all machineries etc.with all other incidental charges,complete. (cutting & filling).

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., with all other incidental charges complete. Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates as per Table 400-12 & 400-13, to Wet mix macadam specification inlcuding premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., with all other incidental charges complete. Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete 40mm. Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2,. I) Using Grading I Material.

Providing and applying primer coat with SSI bitumen emulsion complying IS 8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Table 500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of all machinery, lead, lift loading and unloading etc., with all other incidental charges complete.

Tack Coat: Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared Granular Surface cleaned with mechanical broom and dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lift, loading, unloading, etc., with all other incidental charges complete.

Tack Coat: Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared Bituminous Surface cleaned with mechanical broom and dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, usage charges of machinery, lead, lift, loading, unloading, etc., with all other incidental charges complete,

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capactiy batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified graded premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade paving bitumen as per cluase 504.3.1 complying with IS.73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No.505 complete in all respects including cost of all materials all labour, usage charges of machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc with all other incidental charges complete, 50-75 mm Compacted thickness

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade Paving Bitumen as per cluase 504.3.1 complying with IS 73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler @ 2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostaic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No.507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, all labour, usage charges of all machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc., with all other incidental charges. complete, 30-40 mm compacted thickness.

Road marking with hot applied Thermo Plastic compound with reflectorising glass beeds on bituminous surface providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflcetorising glass beeds at 250gms/sqmtr area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC:35 the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes, including barricading traffic diversion as per IRC:35 , cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site, traffic control cost of all materials, all labour, lead, lift, loading, unloading, transporting etc., with all other incidental charges complete.

Solar Powered Road Marker (Solar Stud) Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with circular shape, solar powered, LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is 1 Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 microamperes at 2.4 V in sleepcharging mode to enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of 50 hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10mm x 100mm x 100 mm. Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms.
