M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding averaging thickness of 50 mm complete all as specified.

M&L applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/ Sqm) including bitumen primer @ 0.40 kg /Sqm by forced application with butane torch over entire roof area with minimum overlaps of 100mm at the sides/ longitudinal edges of strips membrane and 150mm at the ends and sealed complete all as specified and directed and all as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid over 15mm thick ready mix mortar bedding layer in grouting and pointing with CM (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All a per Srl item No 08 above but except tiles (old serviceable dismantled tiles obtained from Srl item No 01 shall be reused after necessary cleaning of mortar)

Demolition of cement concrete above ground floor and in any position.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunkem floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WCs etc shall be as under:-(i) Application of two component acrylic modified cementitious coating (a) The surface to be applied shall be completely dry and free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil, surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance existing coating and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from laitance and any other form of surface containmation. The installation instruction in manufacturer's published literature shall be strictly complied with, including but not limited to the following:- (b) Chipping out any visible cracks in "V-Groove" pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/Dr. Fixit 302 SBR latex/ perma latex SBR/FOSROC Nitbond SBR latex/Asian paint latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with powder grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vacum pressure (c) Providing PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of 50mm thick admixed with SIKA plastocrete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontal surfaces.(Admixture: Sikaplastocrete plus/FOSROC/Dr. Fixit/STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645.) (d) Dampen all surface immediately ahead of apllication of acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA top seal-107/Brush bomd FOSROC/Dr. Fixit/STP/CICO.

(e) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (SSD) apply one coat of acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA top seal-107/ Brush bond FOSROC/Dr. Fixit/STP/ whilst of the first coat is wet. (f) Apply glass fabric sheet of SIKA Fab 1/FOSROC/Dr. Fixit/STP whilist the first coat is wet. (g) Once touch dry, apply second coat of acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA top seal-107/Brush bond FOSROC/Dr. Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer ins on the entire area. Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 Hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. (h) The waterproofing coating shall be taken to a height minimum 300mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface. (j) It is essential to cure acrylic modified cementitious coating immediately after application (min 6-8 hrs drying) for a min of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking. (k) A protection plaster (15mm thick) in ready mix mortar admixed with appropriate integral water proffing compound has to be a apllied on the walls(.Admixture: Sikaplastocrete plus/FOSROC/Dr. Fixit/STP/CICO confirming to IS 2645.) (l) All the corners and joints shall be pretreated with an elastic waterproofing sealing tape with a woven bonding mesh on each surface and an elastic expansion zone in the centre of make seal tape SIKA/FOSROC/Dr. Fixit/STP. (m) The membrane has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer's recoomendations until placement of concrete. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations.

(n) Waterproofing treatment has to be carried out through applicators authorised. (o) All the joints of pipes and traps within the sunken portion shall be sealed properly by epoxy sealant. (p) All CI/PVC Traps in sunken slabs to be enclosed with PCC 1:1.5:3 (min 15cm) allround. (q) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified. (r) Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 300 mm long) incl cutting to existing wall and making good the distrubed surface complete all as specified and directed. (s) Providing 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring for laying floor finishes all as specified. Note:- Items no. (q), (r) and (s) shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type F2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling foundation and mass concrete in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base for complete all as specified.

M&L for 12 mm thick rendering with ready mix mortar on brick work/stone/concrete wall etc. internal surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering with ready mix mortar on brick work/stone/concrete wall, facia, projection etc. external surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick rendering with ready mix mortar on brick work/stone/concrete wall etc. internal surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl taking down existing plaster raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices, chajja etc and applying exterior water proof wall care putty @ 1 Kg per sq mtr of average thickness 1mm to 2mm over the plastered wall/ceiling surfaces and grinding the puttied surface with mechanical grinder for making the surface even and smooth for receiving primer and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives & color stay technology, excellent dirt pickup resistance @ 1.79 litre/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturers instructions over and including priming coat of exterior waterproof primer applied @ 0.9 litre (Undiluted) / 10 sqm over old/new putty surfaces of wall/ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Paint shall be applied using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper on wall over a coat of 1mm thick wall putty on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface and applying three coats of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface of size 450X300x7mm thick joint free on and incl 10mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles including demolition of existing tiles and screed complete all as speciifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Chipping off existing loose, damaged concrete from RCC members of all affected RCC columns, beams, slabs and chajjas on external and internal facades, etc for providing PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar):- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust. (ii) Applying epoxy bond coat on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible. (In case pin holes are still visible after a coat, a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes. (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitious mortar) of n exc 50 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days followed by air curing in temperature as rcommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description in any position all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement of security light fitting 35 Watt 230V AC outdoor type with luminium pressure die cast housing with toughned glass cover IP-66 protection incuding suitable size GI bracket and accessories complete mounted including connection with 3 core PVC insulated overall sheathed flexible cable with multistranded copper conductor of size not less than 1.0 sqmm from ceiling rose to fitting terminal including taking down old CFL security light fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair sheet metal enclosure for DB’s (Double door type) when MCB’s to be used of 240 volt 8 way with 200 amps rated bus bar SPN fixed sunk/ flush to the wal with IP-43 and IK-09 protection complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- All the connection of incoming and outgoing wire in MCB will be made with thimble with suitable size as directed).

S&F in repair MCB single pole 6 amps to 32 amps, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 127 here-in-before but single pole and neutral 32 amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of distribution board made out of CRCA sheet DB vertical type double door TPN 4 Way MS sheet including fixing to wall, cutting chases, grounting and necessary patch work and white wash to match with the existing including making connections all as directed containing the folowings:- (a) MCCB 4 pole 63 amps 16 KA breaking capacity with thermal release: 01 No (In coming). (b) Bus bar made out of aluminium duly insulated wire adhesive tape RYB & black :4 Nos. (c) MCB SPN 40 Amp- 4 Nos, MCB SP 40 Amp- 04 Nos (out going). (d) Connection from MCCB to bus bar will be made with aluminium strip of suitable size as directed. (Note :- All the connection of incoming and out going wire in MCCB and MCB will be made with thimble with suitable size as directed).

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES schedule 2009, Part-I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board/ main DBs/ earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150mm in all directions with and incl watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B1, duly reinforced with 6mm dia mild steel round bars @150mm both ways centre to centre with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, GI protection pipe light grade 15mm bore upto 7.5m length from earth electrode & engraving of earth marking on nearby building with CM 1:4 plate size 200x 150x 15mm and painting of earth result etc including testing on completion complete all as specified & directed. (Note :- (i) Earth lead and protection pipe beyonbd 7.5m shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete al as specified and directed.

Supply and lay brick common burnt sub class "B" old size for protection of cable laid in trenches for under ground cable all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 15cm before laying the cable and 8cm after laying the cable complete all as specified.

M&L for cable protection GI tubing light grade fixed along the pole/under road/along the wall of size 40 mm bore with necessary clamps all as directed.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit Rs. 72,822/- from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
