Disconnection of submerssible pump set of any size any make from existing system, water supply & electrical and taking out the U/S pump set from deep borewell with connected lowering pipe line of any size with mannual or suitable electric driven chain pulley block upto 160 ft depth re-assembling after neccessary repair and re-lowering the pump set in same borewell re-connection of complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) Repair of U/S pump set will be paid separately. ii) All type of T/P required to complete the job will be arranged by contractor/repairer.

Transportation of submersible pump or motor of any make & capacity of 30 HP, 3 phase, at site or at contractor's work shop after dismantling for carrying out necessary repairs / renewal of parts of motors or pump & depositing the same after necessary repair to site. (parts renewed shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate item), listed here-in-after :-

M&L for cutting out the existing winding of stator of submersible motor of any make and rewinding with the same size of copper winding wire as existing complete.

Straightening of the slots of stator of submersible motor of any make.

Supply & fixing thrust bearing block complete for submersible motor of any make.

Renewal worn out gun metal bushes for submersible motor as per manufacturer's design and specification.

S&F copper conductor submersible cable, 3 core of 6 sqmm size, 8 mtr long complete with suitable clips (Make : Finolex)

S&F of sand guard of submersible motor

Supply & fixing of sleeves of end plates of submersible motor.

Supply & fixing of cable grommet

Supply & fixing of water seal complete.

Supply & fixing of studs with nuts of required length & dia complete.

Remetaling of motor shaft, turning to bring it to original size and shape and polishing of shaft of submersible motor complete.

Supply & fixing coupling of submersible motor and pump with key complete.

Jointing of broken motor shaft with new piece, making key slot, grinding to make coupling size, and balancing the rotor complete.

Complete over hauling of submersible pump by carrying out, balancing of pump shaft and cutting of key slots, repairs to bowl assembly, rethreading of wornout studs holes and proving over size studs with nuts complete.

Painting of Motor and pump with synthetic enamel paint (Hammor tone finish) with spray machine.

S & F (in repair ) MS column pipe 150 mm bore both end flange & drilled 6 to 8 holes, 5.40 mm wall thickness in 3 mtr length of short pieces as per site requirement alonwith flange packing, nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size complete.

SCHEDULE OF CREDIT (i) Rate quoted by the Tenderer for this schedule should not be less than rate assessed by the department shown on estimated rate column for the respective items. (ii) The quoted rate sum will be arrived after deducting amount of Schedule of credit from the total amount of the BoQ.
