REPAIR AND DAY TO DAY MAINTENACE OF STREET LIGHT, LT CABLE AND ALLIED WORKS AT CERTAIN UNIT AND 495 UNIT UNDER GE DEHU ROAD

Dismentaling and Restringing OH line of ACSR conductors of any description which includes replacement 22 SWG aluminium binding wire,removing jumper connections, reconnection of binding wire & jumper connections after restringing complete upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. NOTE :- Each conductor span shall be measured & paid as one RM length.

Dismantling and taking down insulators of any size from dismantled/existing LT poles of any type or description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for LT insulator, PIN type 1100 volts as per IS 1445, grade of size 100mm height, 65mm dia, porcelain, vitreous, white or brown including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut including taking down existing unserviceable insulator all as directed. Make;- Elpro or equivalent.

Fixing only LT insulator, PIN type, 1100 volts grade of size 100mm height, 65mm dia, porcelain, vitreous, white or brown including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut including taking down existing unserviceable insulator all as directed. Make;- Elpro or equivalent.

Fixing only shackle type insulator as per IS 1445 working pressure in 1100 volts, 100mm height, 115mm dia porcelain, vitreous, white or brown insulator including galvanised mild steel straps of size 31x5mm, washers, insulator bolts of size 14mm dia, washers and nuts, including taking down of u/s shackle insulators complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for shackle type insulator as per IS 1445 working pressure in 1100 volts, 100mm height, 115mm dia porcelain, vitreous, white or brown insulator including galvanised mild steel straps of size 31x5mm, washers, insulator bolts of size 14mm dia, washers and nuts, including taking down of u/s shackle insulators complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking down MS cross arms, bracing supports, clamps, back plates, hooks etc fabricated from structural steel section from dismantled/existing LT poles of any type or description complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintanence to functioning street light on street light poles, flood light on highmust, including the repair/replacement unsreviceable light fitting.Maintanence the unserviceable control panel,cable, junction box, over head /under ground distribution system complete all as directed. with the following location :- (i) ODTD Perimeter.(ii) ODTD depot inside (iii) ODTD unit line(iv)Sivaji Nagar (v) ODTD officer mess.(vi) Napal Line (vii) Sarvarta Nagar (viii) Indrani Darshan (ix) A-II,A-I, C-I,-II Pump house. (x) 495 unit and 126 unit Note: (a)Necessary spare,fitting,excavation other related work will be measured in respective items. (b) Necessary hairing tools,ladder ,hydralic ladder ,safty equiptment for electrician and helper for repair/maintanence street light,security light, highmust light arrange by the contractor and cost of heairing is deem to be included in above work.. (c) Taking down and refixing the fitting and fixture is also including the cost .
