ERECTION OF WORK AS PER RESSPO NORMS.

Digging of pits of size 0.45x1.25x 1.50 mtr. for erection of STP pole 9/11/13 mtr. long and PCC 9 Mtr. Long ( S/P,D/P,T/P, F/P) (Clamp, Stone Pad, Barbed, Danger Plate shall be provided by contactor.)

Erection of single PCC Pole 9 Mtr. Long

Erection of single STP pole of 11 mtr long.

Erection of single STP pole of 13 mtr long.

Mounting and fitting of V-type cross arm, 33 KV pin, pin insulator, earth clamp complete in all respect as per drawing of RESPO on single STP pole 11 mtr long and 9 mtr. PCC Pole. Cross arm, Pin, Pin insutator, shall be Provided by the Department and cross arm cramp, Danger board with clamp shall be provided by contactor.

Fabrication, mounting and fitting of top channel, bracing made of m.s. angle, earth clamp, 33 KV pin & pin insulators, disc insulator and disc fitting on P.C.C./STP . double pole. Top channel bracing M.S. angle, 33 KV pin and pin Insulator. Disc Insulator and disc fitting , Earth clamp, stay clamp, top channel clamp, bracing clamp, danger board etc. shall be provided by contractor.

Fabrication, mounting and fitting of top channel, bracing made of m.s. angle, earth clamp, 33 KV pin & pin insulators, disc insulator and disc fitting on P.C.C./STP . Tri pole. Top channel bracing M.S. angle, 33 KV pin and pin Insulator. Disc Insulator and disc fitting , Earth clamp, stay clamp, top channel clamp, bracing clamp, danger board etc. shall be provided by contractor.

Fabrication, mounting and fitting of top channel, bracing made of m.s. angle, earth clamp, 33 KV pin & pin insulators, disc insulator and disc fitting on P.C.C./STP . Four pole. Top channel bracing M.S. angle, 33 KV pin and pin Insulator. Disc Insulator and disc fitting , Earth clamp, stay clamp, top channel clamp, bracing clamp, danger board etc. shall be provided by contractor.

Painting of single STP pole 11 mtr/9 Mtr. long (Red Oxide & Alu. Paint) shall be provided by the contractor.

Grouting of 9/11/13 STP pole and PCC 9 Mtr. long with cement, sand and brick bllast ratio 1:4:8 size 0.45x 0.45x 1.5 mtr deep under the ground as per drawing No. RES-6.Cement, sand, brick, ballast shall be provided by the contractor.(S/P, D/P, T/P, F/P)

Digging of pits of size 0.60x 0.60x1.2 mtr and grouting the stay rod anchor plates 0.45x 0.45x 0.45 mtr with cement, Ganga sand and brick ballast ratio 1:4:8 as per drawing No. RES-16. Cement, sand, brick, ballast shall be provided by the contractor.

Complete fitting of stay rod and fastening stay wire including fitting of stay clamp, turn buckle, and making ring of stay wire on both ends in seven strands 9” to 12” long. Stay clamp, Turn buckle shall be provided by the contractor only Stay Set Provided by Department.

Earthing of single PCC/ STP pole by digging 1.00 mtr deep pit and driving the electrodes of MS earth rod and connecting all the metallic parts of poles with earthing rod by G.I. wire and filling pits with soil after completion of earthing.earth wire/ G.I. wire M.S.rod shall be provided by the Department

Laying of A.C.S.R. Dog conductor with the help of aluminium roller by hanging three nos. on each support in a manner taking sufficient care to ensure safety of A.C.S.R. Dog conductor against rubbing on ground, precaution for safety of crops is also to be taken. The work includes jointing of Conductor by providing jointing sleaves, stringing of conductor upto correct sag and binding of conductor with insulators on each support. All material required for above work shall be provided by Contractor such as jointing sleeve binding wire, armour rod etc.

Hanging of 3x300/3x120 Sqmm 33 KV XLPE Cable for Loop & Air 3x300 Sqmm 33 KV XLPE Cable Provided by the Department GI Pipe and Cable Box etc. Shall be Provided by the Contractor

Laying 3x120 Sqmm/3x300 Sqmm 33 KV XLPE Cable for Along the Road & Road Crossing and Railway Crossing with HDPE Pipe Method 3x120 Sqmm 33 KV XLPE Cable Prvided by the Department and HDPE Pipe, GI Pipe and Cable Box etc. Shall be Provided by the Contractor

Guarding of 33 KV Line for Road Crossing and Marcket G.I. Wire, M.S Channel, Top Channel, Guarding Angle Provided by the Department and Guarding Clamp, M.S Clamp, I hook Shall be Provided by the Contractor

Loading carriage and unloading of following line materials
